Smile Hotel Okinawanaha

Good for the price! Rooms looked renovated clean of course a little dust and a hair but for this price point can’t complain tbh overall nice

Amazing value. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the location is unbelievable. The large tables that are present in the rooms are extremely handy! The Tomarin port is quite literally 1 minute away (perfect for day trips to Tokashiki and Zamami islands), closest monorail station is an ~8 minute walk and the Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street is a ~15 minute walk.

Our second times here, we decided to come back for other 2 nights in Okinawa after Tokashiki Island because location is super close to the port. Near the Kokusai Dori and many good restaurants.

Very clean and staff are nice, initially I meant to book the Smile hotel resort and accidentally booked this smile hotel, but it is okay, got a connecting room and everything is clean.

Our stay at smile. Hotel was ok. Only thing is that there isn’t much amenities like comb, disposable slippers and cotton buds. The room was clean but there is no housekeeping service for every three days that you stay. We have to put our dirtied  towels outside the door every morning and clear our own rubbish bin. We paid S$110 per night, and for that kind of price we expect some housekeeping every day, not clear our own rubbish! There was no mineral water in the room, or outside the door of the hotel room. There Wasn’t any coffee or tea packets. only green tea. There is a laundry service on the third floor, but we have to pay Y$300 for the washing machine and hundred yen for the dryer which we have to use twice because the clothings will not be dry so we have to insert ¥200 to completely dry our clothes.   Quite disappointed with the service. Other than that it is a typical clean hotel, not for that price though.

I really like the cleanliness and how it’s so close to the monorail station, the staff is also friendly. The breakfast is also delicious.
