Everything was convenient, and the breakfast had American options. The staff in the breakfast area were very attentive and helpful, and they also offered a taxi-calling service.

I checked in on the night of the typhoon, and there were no hotels available for booking in all of Naha that day. I didn't get a chance to fully experience this hotel.

The transportation is inconvenient, but the hotel can book a taxi for you. I accidentally booked this hotel instead of the Hilton in Naha city and couldn't cancel or rebook. The breakfast buffet has limited variety and is a bit expensive: 3000 yen for adults and 1500 yen for children. There's a 24-hour 7-Eleven downstairs.

The 7-Eleven downstairs from the hotel is super convenient, and the service is good. However, the location is a bit out of the way, so it's more suitable if you're driving.

Overall, the hotel was really great, but I was surprised that a hotel of this star rating didn't have a gym. Their ads and pictures all showed a gym, but I couldn't find it until I asked the front desk and discovered they don't have one. I ended up having to run up and down the hills outside the hotel instead.

This was a very worthwhile stay. The hotel environment was comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's rest every day. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, and they were quick to assist with any questions. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. It's a hotel that offers both quality and comfort. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Okinawa.
