Checked in on a typhoon day, the streets were completely deserted 🌪️, and all the restaurants were closed. But the hotel became our strongest support! I was worried we'd be stuck eating instant noodles in the storm, but the hotel really went into 'fan-favorite mode' 💗: ✅ Heartwarming rescue 🆘: They gave out free, steaming hot curry rice 🍛 in the lobby. For stranded travelers, that warm meal was a lifesaver! ✅ Unlimited refills: The Club Lounge was incredibly well-stocked! Not only did they have various juices 🧃 and alcoholic beverages 🍾, but also Okinawan must-tries like peanut tofu (Jiimami Tofu) and Blue Seal ice cream 🍦. I really want to emphasize: the desserts and hot food here truly comforted me ❤️

Location was quite a walk from the Miebashi train station. Self-service check in via digital kiosk which iasues your room key card. Collect necessary amenities like slippers, toothbrush and paste, comb, etc from the lobby before proceeding to your room. Room and sheets were clean. Room was very small and the only window was frosted so you can't look out. Checkout process was fast using the same digital kiosk.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are decent. And staff is also very friendly and polite. Pool and jacuzzi is wonderful to relieve fatigue. Coin laundry available but drying is little weak. But overall good place to stay.

While the room is not big, it is still nice and clean. Best part of the hotel personally was the lounge. Free flow drinks (beer, sale, wine), small bites, snacks and even blue seal ice cream. Hotel entrance is at the back though, and do not expect a grand foyer, just a door for people. Parking is directly behind the hotel, in public space. We picked the 800 yen per day one. Another perk of this hotel is it’s near the ferry port, great if you wish to visit zamami or tokashiki etc!.

Pros: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were decent, good for kids. It's not too far from Kokusai Dori, Naminoue Shrine, or the monorail station. Breakfast was okay, and there's a smoking room on the first floor. The hairdryer and toiletries were quite good. Cons: The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I also distinctly felt that the front desk staff showed more patience when assisting Western and ********* guests compared to guests from mainland China (even when mainland Chinese guests were equally well-behaved). Of course, the front desk still maintained a Japanese standard of service, but the difference was noticeable.

This is a great hotel, not far from the beach, Makishi Public Market, and Kokusai Street. You can walk to all of them. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the airport is only about 6 kilometers away!
