For a Japanese hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. I arrived half an hour before the checkin time as I had activities to follow, the front desk staff was really nice and found me and my family two cleaned up rooms and allowed me to check in a little ahead of time, this really helped us a lot. The hotel also gave us two welcome drinks per room at the bar on the top floor, which had a really nice view of Naha. The valet staff are also very considerate and got our car prepared at the times that I requested with no waiting. The breakfast was decent with ample supply. Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay and would certainly re-visit when I go to Naha next time.

I have stayed many deluxe hotels in downtown Naha area, but this is by far the best hotel for following reasons; 1. Quality of room Descent space (much larger than typical Japanese standard). Good amenity including bathrobes, FREE minibar (beer, Japanese tea, bottled water etc.). Hotel is new; opened in 2020 and cleanness of room is excellent. Soundproof excellent. Toilet and bathtub is well separated and spacious. 2. Facilities Gym + Outside pool available. Only hotel in Kokusai-Dodri area which has such nice amenities. 3. Location Located in central Naha area (Kokusai Dori) with everything within walking distance ( Don Quixote, Starbucks etc.). No other hotel can beat this location!! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfortable stay in downtown Naha.

The stay at Southwest Grand Hotel was very comfortable. The staff 々 was very kind and always smiled from check-in to check-out. I booked in a standard room but the room was very spacious and clean as 々 and I was able to relax slowly. It was a luxurious experience with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a mini bar that was fully equipped with guests' exclusive pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and lounge and rooms for free. Definitely Naha is the number １ hotel. I will definitely go again. it's recommended!

I chose it at the price, but the result was convenient and correct. It is close and convenient as it is on International Street, but I think it is quiet and the location is good. I didn't stay for a long time, so the room appliances are only used for dryers, pots and refrigerators, but there are washing machines and stoves, so I think it is convenient for people who self-sufficiency. It was a fine thing, but there was no room key and it was a type to enter with a password number, so it was convenient to be able to enter and enter freely without worrying about the management of the key even if it stayed with multiple people. Some people wrote that it was good for the bathroom, but the room I stayed in was with the bathroom. I was confused because there was no curtain like a bathtub, but it was not so difficult to use. It was a plan that did not clean for a consecutive night, but the towel was not inconvenient because it was possible to get new things every day.

I used it when traveling to Okinawa with three family members. It was about 100m (1 minute walk) from the middle of Kokusai-dori, and it was very convenient for dining and shopping on Kokusai-dori. Although there is no parking lot in the hotel, there was a coin parking nearby and it was 1,100 yen for 24 hours, so I didn't feel any inconvenience. The hotel has two double beds in the room, and even three adults could sleep without problems. Also, since the toilet and bath are separate 々, you can put hot water in the bath and soak it slowly in hot water. The room had a washing machine so I could wash dirty clothes. What I was a little worried about was the smell of the aromatic agent in the elevator, but other than that, there was no particular problem with staying for 2 nights. I would like to use it next time if I have a chance to travel to Okinawa.

The pool at night was lit up and was very beautiful. There was a DJ by the pool and the atmosphere was nice. I stayed in a corner twin room, which was larger than I expected and I was able to spend a relaxing time there. It was a comfortable hotel with a large public bath and plenty of amenities. I would like to give a compliment to Hotel Azat Naha management, its service is really good, location is great, less than 50m from Asato Monorail station, the Ryubo Supermarket is just in front of the hotel. Really convenient to the places which can be access by taking monorail. The Makashi Market is also nearby the hotel. The famous Kokusai Dori is about 1 km away. In addition, if we don't want the cleaning services, they will give us free drinks. The buffet breakfast is delicious. Check in and check out procedures is easy and fast. The only downside is the water heater was not really functioning well. After 3 minutes, it became cold water and i need to wait for few minutes for the hot water. This was frustrating me. Anyway, if i come again, i will choose Hotel Azat Naha again!

Day 1 When driving to the hotel, it rained all day. Fortunately, there is a paid indoor parking space. The staff is very careful to mention that there is a free umbrella to use freely. The room is the largest one of the several hotels I have stayed in Okinawa. It is fully equipped and the washing machine is fast. The dryer has to operate 2 times to dry the clothes. If the counter also provides better laundry detergent, you can buy it according to the amount, because I bought at least a box of 6 bags in the convenience store. I don't know if it is raining and wet on the first day. When I open the air conditioner, there is a little smell regardless of the cold and warm air. I opened the terrace door to sleep that night. But when the air conditioner was turned on again in the evening, there was no smell. I think it was a special situation. When I got up in the morning, I heard a little noise. I think the staff was picking up the room, but it was not a big impact. Overall, this hotel has a high CP value and a quiet location. I didn’t rent a car again last day. I dragged the suitcase to Huchuan Station and not far from ～

Stayed for nearly 10 days. Noise is very loud. I can hear outdoor sounds so I don't know if there is a door in each room. One of the rooms is a smoking room, where not only cigarettes but also alcohol are drunk, and all the young people are noisy. By the way, the smoking room is a private room, but there are many smokers and smokers, and the smell of cigarettes is usually drifting in the corridor. It was the first time in the guest house, but I saw about two times the use of children as elementary school students. The child is small and ”quiet!” is not used. There were babies about 1 years old. It is natural that the baby is noisy, but there is no soundproofing at all, so it is necessary to be prepared for accommodation. As for the sound, the bed is like an amateur handmade, and it sounds ”gigigishi” even if it turns back. It seems to be desperate in the dormitory because it is very worried about single use. As for the sound, the earplug was naturally used, but there was a noisy day that could not sleep at all. The accommodation was on the third floor of the old building, but there was a sound and vibration like construction on the upper floor. Until midnight 0. It's impossible. Someone should have done a considerable thing because it feels vibration in a concrete building. There seem to be a lot of staff, but I don't know who is the staff because I replace it every day. There seem to be many people living here while working as a staff, but this is ignored even if you meet other than the day of charge. Therefore, the staff does not know who to consult today. The toilet shower is one by one for the number of guests. The toilet is known by ５ｍｍ marks whether it is used, but it seems that most guests who do not know are mostly used, and it is daily to be chattered by the door during use. Calm down and no toilet is not used and no problem for good people. Washing machine is 1 for all. You can't wash and dry unless you really use it from early morning to midnight after 0 o'clock. Because it was an early win, some people waited for the end of the washing machine for about an hour. I used two rooms, but both were not blocked from the outside such as curtains. I met the woman in the next building. It looks round. Especially at night, it looks round from outside, so I don't know how to change clothes in the woman's room. Access is about 15 minutes walk from the monorail station? There is no Merritt because the access itself is closer to the station, including other stations. However, shopping is convenient because it is located in the arcade of the shopping street. However, it is better to know there because all of the drinking and fuss in the arcade until midnight is heard in the room. Except for toilets, showers, old, especially kitchen, dining may be squeezed. I also bought and used my own beach sandals with a corridor.

This hotel experience is not very good. It is said that the Shanghai people bought it and hired a Mexican to operate. It’s not going to come early. It’s late to pay. I booked for 6 days, 3 days in Grassley, 1 day at the B&B, and then ordered Glasley 2 days before 3 days. Almost but from the 4th day, the price has gone wrong for 3 days. When I booked several times during the reservation, I found that the price went up a lot. I didn’t care if I thought it was normal for the weekend to float. But then I accidentally found the price of the room booked nearly one month in advance. Even higher than the price of the day I booked 3.15. It was 744 (including tax) 3.16. It was 817. It was 512 and 719 when I checked it on the same day. At that time, I complained to Ctrip, but Ctrip said that this is the price adjustment of the hotel and then negotiated the price of the hotel hotel. I don't care if they can keep the room and let me check out and order if it can't be refunded or the cost is irrelevant. After the Okinawa negotiations, I can't return. Ctrip calls to say that this is a third-party agent. The hotel has the right to adjust the price. The price is changing from time to time. I feel unacceptable. Later, I checked the price of the hotel on the 14th and the price of 630 was too different from the price of other time 388. I now found that I met someone. Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !

It is located along the international street, and the surroundings are crowded with souvenirs and so on. I chose a reasonable hotel near the downtown area and family assuming that I would sleep only because I was scheduled to arrive at 21 o'clock, but I still have a shop around. I was able to sightsee immediately after arrival. I didn't book breakfast and walked about 5 minutes to the nearby Mac, but I don't think there are many other restaurants and restaurants to eat. The room was a ３ person room, but it was larger than I thought, old but I didn't feel dissatisfied. I wanted to use it next time.

Although Naha itself is very built up so kind of just like any other nondescript Japanese city albeit with interesting vegetation, it's a convenient location with lots of food options. The condo itself is right next to a Shell gas station with an adjacent Family Mart. There are 3 apartments per floor at this rather new-looking 10-storey building and the reception is downstairs from 9 am -7 pm plus a number to call outside these hours, very courteous with badly translated English instructions. We stayed 10 nights and room was scheduled to be cleaned every 3 days. Room key also opens the door to trash/recycle area outside. Basically you get a 30 m2 studio apartment with a spacious balcony where you can see the ferry terminal and a bit of the ocean & a small dining space plus all the amenities, new and spotlessly clean with a washer/dryer & shower/bath tub. Everything you can probably think of is provided, including cooking utensils & a separate washlet toilet - even Netflix on TV! AC & WIFI work well although you can also get a SIM card at the airport vending machine to help you navigate the small streets with Google Maps: 4000 yen for 10 days unlimited data or 3500 yen for 1.2 GB over 30 days. Our double bed was comfy but quite narrow, barely any movement possible for 2 adults - manageable for us but definitely think twice if you're a bigger couple or maybe consider twin beds. Very quiet inside. Less than 15 minutes to walk to Kokusaidori 国際通り shopping street with loads of shops (24-hour Don Quijote + drugstores) & restaurants but also plenty of enticing eateries within a short walk from the condo スマートコンド泊. Naha Main Place mall サンエー那覇メインブレイス , which has Cinemas Q & Tokyu Hands + LUPICIA tea, is under 20 minutes on foot. Closest beach might be Naminoue Beach, 25 minutes on foot. It's just a 5-minute walk to Tomari Port ferry terminal とまりん where you can get to the Kerama Islands in 50 minutes (Zamami highly recommend) or Tokashiki Island in 35 minutes - best check JMA website for potential high wave warnings. About 10 minutes to walk to Miebashi monorail station to the airport or Shuri Castle. This condo is best if you're planning day trips to the surrounding islands and don't mind walking a bit to the main shopping areas. Buses are fairly convenient with stops written out in romaji/English. 40 minutes / 600-650 yen by bus to American Village from the port - lots of buses go by the stop out front. Chinese Didi app works for taxis too (70 yen per 365 m plus 560 yen for the initial 1.75 km; can pay by cash if no Chinese ID). If you are not driving, there's a Hip Hop Bus / Jumbo Tour office (M-F 9-6 or book online) 10 minutes away where you can book daytrips for under 6000 yen & the closest pickup spot is 'Okinawa Kariyushi Urban Resort Naha' 沖縄かりゆしアーバンリゾート・ナハ next to Tomarin, basically the same building, but pickup is actually closer to the park.

Although the apartment is not in the vicinity of the international communication, but the 10+' is Pinghetong, it feels like a bazaar, there are many shops, selling local specialties, there is a big country drug makeup, out of the market is international, and Don Quixote . The apartments come out in different directions, including Rosen, the farmer's market (the farmer's central market), and walk 5~10’. The three meals a day are well resolved. There is a kitchen in the apartment, complete with kitchenware, from the knife to the stove. The shower room is Japanese. There is a balcony, there is a large closet in the bedroom, a storage room (with a suitcase) in the outside, and a separate toilet.

Alpha Bed was surprisingly good. Room was just as it was in the photos and very clean and tidy. Service was good. It was a new experience to check in via iPad/tablet but it was straight forward . Location was super , 5 mins walk from the shopping streets and within 10 mins walk from the Main Street. Seafood market is also nearby and within 10 min walk. For those who drive , there is a lot of paid parking around the area. (Around 700 JPY for 12 hours) Nearest one is opposite the hotel which tends to be quite busy until after 9pm. (Priced 700 JPY for 12 hours as at April 2024) If you get home earlier , you may need to go to the other car parks. Some are actually cheaper. The room comes with everything you need and even has a vacuum cleaner. There is no housekeeping but I heard that you can request it by calling customer support. If your bins get full, you can put it outside your door and the cleaners who come by in the morning will change it for you . There is even a balcony ! Most convenient feature is a washing machine with laundry washing liquid and softener inside the room! Rooms are big . Would definitely stay here again.
