Had a very pleasant stay at the Rosefinch sarovar portico hotel. The front desk Executive especially Mr Pawan, was exceptionally courteous and helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and even arranged an extra bed at no additional charge. The chef made delicious paneer parathas, and the staff throughout was very polite and attentive. The view was lovely, though a few trees partially covered the lake. Overall, a warm and welcoming experience — truly appreciated the hospitality!

Beautiful location and friendly staff. I traveled alone and it is safe. Nice food at the restaurant and Virendra at the restaurant took care!! Will come back to same hotel next time, I highly recommend to anyone.

We stayed at The Rosefinch Sarovar Portico, Bhimtal on our way to Kainchi Dham, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and located at a prime location. After a long and tiring journey, we ordered dine-in Kumaoni food, which was absolutely delicious and truly authentic. The next morning, we had breakfast at the hotel, and it exceeded our expectations—from the wide variety to the excellent quality, everything was so yummy. Compliments to the chefs for doing such an excellent job. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and their customer service was beyond excellent. However, the most memorable moment of our stay was the security personnel at the gate. Every time we entered or exited, he greeted us warmly with “Namaskar sir, Namaskar madam.” When we were leaving the property, his words truly touched our hearts when he said, “Namaskar sir, Namaskar madam, aapki yatra mangalmay ho.” A big thank you to The Rosefinch Sarovar Portico, Bhimtal for such a warm, memorable, and heartfelt experience. 🌸🙏
