Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel

Excellent staff. Very helpful and caring, especially after over 30 hours of travel. They took care of my safety when leaving the hotel. Went above and beyond. Have rebooked.

Safety hotel in the center of Nairobi.

My stay in Best Western was simply amazing. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. The security was great and the staff was delightful and welcoming. Patrick was especially kind and his good vibes and charisma were contagious.

Very good hotel and so near from markets and downtown, all stuff is helpful, kind and so perfect The breakfast not bad as a whole Have a good restaurant and room service . Swimming pool in my mind this the best choice in Nairobi - Kenya

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I have no complaints. The room is clean, spacious, and well decorated (actually better than the photos suggest). The decoration is also better than Best Western Plus Doha.

1. Hotel is located at prime location specially for Muslim travellers as finding Halal food is too easy, and getting all other stuffs is also convenient. 2. Wifi is too weak at the hotel. 3. When I arrived my mattress was broken, it was changed after almost 3 to 4 requests , but new one also I dont find more comfortable. 4. Rest, all facilities are very good considering the price.

This hotel is strange. It looks very chic but the room was broken all over: aircon did not really work, toilet flush only worked sometimes, towel hangers in the bathroom were broken off and hanging around loosely, bed was worn out and extremely sagging. The front desk personnell was kind, another staff member who came to our room for laundry was quite rude. I always prefer supporting established hotels over spending my money on airbnbs but sadly i find the price quite unjustified and cannot really recommend this hotel. However it was clean enough for kenyan standards and felt safe.

We were assigned Room 303, where the air conditioning was out of order from the very first day. The room quickly transformed into a sauna, yet despite raising the issue twice, the staff remained impressively consistent in their inability to resolve it. With no ventilation and not even a basic water spray in the toilet, the experience was a masterclass in discomfort. The service was so unresponsive that one wonders if the hotel’s motto is “hear no guest, fix no problem.” If providing the bare minimum of hospitality is beyond reach, perhaps lower the prices..

Location of the hotel is perfect. It’s clean and they have good food.
