Excellent modern hotel. We had a great rest. The corridors are a bit narrow, and it's a large hotel, so it's easy to get lost! The only thing is that walking barefoot in the room without slippers is dangerous; you could cut your feet on the small metal joints.

A very bad experience. Check-in required an original passport; even a photocopy wasn't accepted. I was forced to have someone deliver it to the hotel, and I wasn't allowed into the room to wait, only in the lobby. It was truly unreasonable! Once in the room, the air conditioning was freezing and only blew cold air. The toiletries cup had stubborn yellow stains, the hand soap dispenser squirted out with yellow rust mixed in, and the kettle had unknown black residue which I had to pour out after the first boil. Most importantly, all outlets in the room were European standard, and the hotel did not provide adapters, even though other hotels in Nairobi offer this service and facility! Finally, the hotel signage was very unclear. It took me over 10 minutes and asking two people to find the breakfast restaurant. This was my worst hotel experience ever.
