Overall, everything was pretty good, but your Google Maps location is incorrect. My car drove around in circles a few times, and even after entering the parking lot, I still had to go through security at the main entrance. Please correct the location as soon as possible. Once inside, the room card didn't work because the front desk wrote down the wrong room number 😂

The hotel is an hour's drive from the airport during the day and half an hour at night. It's located in a very pleasant, green area. The nearest shopping center, Market Village, is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. This is very convenient as it has many useful stores for safari clothing if you've just arrived in Kenya, and plenty of souvenir shops and a grocery store if you're flying out soon. There are also nice restaurants and bars there. The hotel itself also has an excellent restaurant, Troy, perfect for dinner. The heated pool is a nice bonus. On the downside, we didn't get any help with our luggage during check-in; we were just handed the key, and we had two large, heavy backpacks. Our room had a pool view, but it wasn't easy to find due to complicated navigation.

Pros: My family and I stayed for one night. I recommend this hotel. It has 24-hour security, beautiful modern design, hospitable staff, and a large, comfortable room. We had dinner at the panoramic Troy restaurant on the 8th floor; I suggest trying the fish and lamb. Cons: The pool needs a bit of renovation.
