The hotel and staff were very friendly and cleaning was very good The restaurant needed more items on the menu, as they had ran out of many items Overall good service Kind regards Marc Potts

The room was too loud 😭. Even after I specifically asked for a quiet one🥹.Lift wasn’t reliable I had to wait. the shower was cold. Mosquitoes in the room😭since the windows couldn’t fully close.. The only realistic thing was that i could oder food from their restaurant and which was good and at reasonable prices . And also the cleaning lady did a good job 👍

The rooms are perfect and the food is also you should try.

They were friendly and the location is great

We were put in a twin room next to a construction site where they're making the foundations for a building. Construction started at 8:30am. When we asked to change rooms the woman at reception said there is no construction happening around the hotel, had to show her a picture for her to believe us. Even then she said there were no twin rooms available anywhere else. Hotel layout is really complicated, to get to our rooms we had to take an elevator for three floors, travel across the hotel and get another elevator to our rooms. Water took 10minutes to heat up eventhough we're in a capital city. There was a buzzing noise in the room, and the aircon rattled very loudly when turned on. The man at reception in the afternoon was more helpful. Breakfast buffet was lovely.

The hotel itself is in a great location. However, there are major constructions going on outside our room which started at 8am until 6pm - not the hotel’s fault, however, when we asked to move rooms with one woman and she insisted there was no construction going on, even after showing her a picture of it, so we were denied. We asked to move again the following day with a different worker who was more than happy to help. Our new room was away from the construction, so it was very quiet. The breakfast was great, I would highly recommend it.
