Stepping into the Nairobi Safari Club: the place was spotless and the décor was very tasteful. But what really made the experience special was the warm welcome we received from the staff. They made us feel right at home from the get-go, even while going through a security check. The pool and spa area were a real treat – small and cozy, but perfect for unwinding after a long journey. And let me tell you about the restaurants – the ambiance was just perfect. Even though the food took a little longer to come out, it was clear that every dish was freshly made and absolutely delicious. Plus, it gave us more time to soak in the atmosphere and enjoy each other's company. Now, I have to mention the beds. They were surprisingly hard, but somehow, I ended up sleeping like a baby. It was weird, but hey, it worked! But what really stood out were the people who made our stay unforgettable. Maureen's massages were out of this world, and Patrick kept us in shape with his workouts. Vincent made sure our room was always in top shape, and Benson went above and beyond to make sure we had the best dining experience possible. And let's not forget Mark – he was like our personal dining guru, making sure everything was just right. And Violet at the front desk.... She was a lifesaver, sorting out everything from currency exchange to airport shuttles with a smile that could light up a room. Leaving Kenya and the Nairobi Safari Club was tough, but I know one thing for sure – I'll be back!
