Golden Tulip Westlands Nairobi

Solid hotel very well priced in the Westlands neighborhood very close to a local mall and grocery store and very close to two popular and cool nightlife clubs Alchemist and K1. Service was very good clean room and there’s a lot of construction in the area but I was never bothered or disrupted by noise. Professional and friendly staff nice rooftop bar and the gym was excellent.

I stayed here because it near my client's office. There is a pool and bar on the 10th floor. The breakfast on the 1st floor is so-so. Their gym on the 3rd floor is very well equipped. Room can be cold during this time as there is no heater.

Not a level of Golden Tulip: - there were no towels in double room. When we called reception, they said there is no option to provide us towels. we were forced to use one small face towel for two people. - smell in the room since windows are unable to be opened; - extremely slow elevator; - the safebox just switched off once we needed to check out to airport; At the same time: - very good and affordable rooftop bar; - good restaurant - the food was really good; - friendly and helpful stuff - they are really nice 👍

Great service, very clean and cozy, friendly staff. Would definitely be my top choice of hotels in the city!

Lovely hotel and the staff are so friendly and helpful

we spent 4 days in this superb well-located hotel. The meals were varied, the room very clean, and special mention goes to the many attentive staff members especially to the lady at the travel desk who gave us great advice for our safari in Nairobi National Park and to our Uber driver. One negative point: the pool is not heated.

Room was quite old and wash room was too dark, definitely the hotel needs renovation to improve room conditions.

Great stay! Lovely room and great breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible!

I had a great and comfortable stay. Food is amazing and the hospitality is warming.
