We had a lovely time at the resort. Come here for a peace of mind and some relaxation. Food was fantastic. We just had an issue with the booking in that what we selected on trip.com was an all inclusive package and on arriving at the resort, the management said they do not offer all inclusive. However, customer support at trip.com was able to give us some credit for the inconvenience and the staff at the resort threw in some drinks for us as well. Overall we had a fab time and would come back again for sure.

Environment: You can see many animals, zebras and giraffes can be seen everywhere
Service: A friend of mine lost his room key and was sued by the hotel for $84, which is a bit outrageous. Everyone should be careful about their own keys.
Facilities: Dinner is good, but the restaurant service needs to be improved. Breakfast is not as delicious as dinner.
