位置真心偏遠，系山上面，酒店晚上9點前要check in , 我地10點幾先到， 酒店人員服務很好👍🏻溫柔舒服。環境都靚，缺點系真心遠，開車人士需注意要不停轉灣，同埋沿路都無路燈，建議入黑前 前往酒店

原來以我付款的價錢只是普通房型，跟網站上的顯示的圖片的房型不一致。幸好經我與酒店反映，同時佢哋剛好有房間，我才能要回相片顯示的房型。酒店表示以相片中的房型，價錢要每人貴5000-7000yen! 非常感謝酒店最後讓我哋住到想住的房型。所以要留意出現網站圖片與事實不符的情況。酒店環境不錯，晚餐是自助餐，有日式火鍋，還有好好味的牛扒！員工友善，樂於助人。如果想渡過悠閑幽靜的時間，是不錯的選擇。

This hotel uses old photos in their listing. Onsen area is VERY dirty and OLD. Also some of the photos are of other hotels the same companies owns. BEWARE. Breakfast is LOW LOW quality. None of the staff seem to care. We canceled out 2nd night stay.

フロント係員や駐車場までの案内人など細かなところまで気配がなされており気持ち良く出迎えて頂きました。また、無料で角部屋にアップグレードして頂くなど最高でした。ただ、部屋に着いた途端驚いたのは隅々には綿埃があるなど、最初に接した従業員の方々の心に憎いまでの“お持て成し感”を台無しにする状況でした。夕食は、ＨＰ記載のとおりでしたが、朝食はデュッフェスタイルで品数も多いいのですが、味付けが（？）レベルでした。値段相応ではあるのですが、このホテルにはお風呂を楽しむだけに行くべきですね。

部屋に入って飲み物を冷やそうと冷蔵庫を開けたら前の方のケーキが残っていたりトイレに入ろうとしたらユニットバスに髪の毛が落ちている その事をフロントに連絡 隣の部屋に通されましたが そこでも髪の毛が落ちてる 清掃が行き届いてなく こんなホテルはじめてでした。 そしてまた部屋変更 カーテンはカビてるし お風呂の洗面器も水垢 本当に最悪なホテルでした

GWに宿泊。たむらは取れずに、同系列のここに宿泊。ＧＷの繁忙期料金を考えると、設備や食事の質で、もうひとついう気持ちにもなるが、いくらかの料金を追加してたむらの温泉を満喫できたことが何よりも満足。グランドの温泉も良かった。ホテルはやや古いものの手入れはしっかりされている。夕食は難しい味のものもあり、子供向けに何か準備してもらえると良い。朝食も種類は多いが。。という印象。
