This was my third stay at centrepoint Korat. It is one of the hotels I really like to recommend because they do so many things right. The rooms are clean, there is a hairdryer, the bathroom has a Japanese style toilet, the regulation of hot and cold water works, tje ac is not too cold, the pool is just the right size with a nice view. Lastly, maybe most importantly, everyone is really polite and helpful working at this hotel. They all deserve a small raise.

Front desk staff was friendly but a little bit slow. I choose the hotel because it's right next to the shopping mall but the shopping mall is not very good. Breakfast was okay.

The front desk staff were very attentive and caring. I happened to stay on my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday cake in my room! The room was great and the service from all the staff was excellent. 10/10. Thank you so much for the cake!

Very impressive hotel, room was big and always clean. Very close to everything. Staff so nice and spoke English well. Breakfast was so so good so many choices to eat.

Overall is good for either leisure or business travel . Convenient that hotel connect to mall . Only minor flaw on staff performance that not properly handle the situation when a lot of guest during breakfast time.

It was luxurious and the staff - front counter, security and parking assistants - were all so helpful. It was also great that the mall Terminal 21 is connected to the hotel Centrepoint and it was very convenient. I had booked different room types - one with breakfast and one without - cos I thought on some days, the adults want some local breakfast options. When we wanted to consume the hotel breakfast, we were charged same price as any walk-ins. I thought hotel guests should be given a lower price since we are already staying there. Not complaining since it was a pretty reasonable price but maybe the walk-in prices should be higher as a business strategy.

The room was clean, and being right above Terminal 21 Mall meant easy access to shopping and great food. Breakfast was also really nice, and the view by the pool was quite good.
