Great comfortable beds and really nice and clean rooms. Overall a great choice. Super quiet rooms as well. The breakfast was good with many options. There are a lot of weddings and events that happen here, so it's usually pretty busy on weekends. The staff is kind and helpful and made things easy.

I always come back to Twin Lotus every time I visit Nakhon Si Thammarat. It’s not because of the quality of stay but only because of the food. For me, Chinese food here is the best in town. Room’s spacious and bed’s OK for me. However, cleanliness and housekeeping really need more attention. I was in room no. 8011 which was very dusty and dirty. I noticed new sofa but the chair was still the same old wreck. Another point was that there was only one plug socket available in the room.

A small hotel, not very big, loft style, good room size, good location in the city, easy to find food. On the 5th floor, there is a rooftop where you can eat and enjoy the view of Wat Phra That Mueang Nakhon.

Location is within the city center. You can take the minibus, a public transport from airport direct to the road near the hotel. Hotel is nice and clean. Towels and toiletries are provided along with two bottles of water. There are hot and cold water stations in each floor. AC is working perfectly fine. Plenty of parking lot if you rent or own a car. The reception and staffs are nice and helpful. There are small groceries and restaurant around the hotel. The area is a walking distance from the main road; so it’s quite quiet. I’ve been here several times and enjoy staying here.

The room is beautiful with a beautiful view from every angle. The service is good. The breakfast is complete. The atmosphere was rainy when I went, but it wasn't really an obstacle. Overall, it was very good.

The room is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable to sleep in. The view is beautiful and it is close to restaurants and pubs.

The receptionist in the morning, hospitable and very good service. The room is a bit old, has a very damp smell, the mattress has ants, the pool is good, the children are very happy.

The accommodation is clean, convenient to travel, but the hotel entrance sign is difficult to notice and often drives past the accommodation, especially at night.
