The hotel blasted recorded music in the outside common area from 7 pm until 10 pm every night during my 3-day stay. The music was so loud I couldn't sleep, hear the TV, or even have a conversation. It sounded like there is a live band playing on the balcony outside my room (and my room was on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel). The breakfast was so bad that I skipped it the last two days of my stay( despite having paid for it). Finally, the bed was so hard it felt like I was lying on a marble slab. All in all, an unexpectedly disappointing experience! I will say, however, that the hotel staff was polite, professional, and kind (as is typical in Thailand).

Good. Spacious rooms with Mekong River view. Breakfast was rather limited but filling. Good location on the main road, not far from Lan Sattanakarat.

Spacious room, nice layout, woke up to the view of the Mekong River in the morning. Free Wi-Fi, but the room I stayed in had a weak signal, so it was unusable. Free breakfast, delicious fried eggs and boiled noodles. Recommended.
