One Suite the Grand

Big mistake, definitely be cautious before you go. The weather was great that day, and I went to the island with high hopes. After passing through piles of broken rocks, cornfields, and various half-finished buildings, I finally arrived at this five-star hotel. My mood improved a bit when I entered the hotel lobby; the scent in the air was luxurious. Staff members took turns welcoming us and introducing the hotel's facilities. There was indeed a beautiful infinity pool, but that was it. Our room was on the ground floor, facing wasteland and weeds. In my opinion, all the entertainment is more suitable for couples – taking photos, romancing, and having kids on the island. The breakfast was satisfactory. What I didn't like was the check-out process. After checking out, I had to carry my own luggage to the car, and there wasn't much of a send-off. It felt like they didn't really welcome me back, and honestly, it'll be hard for me to return.

The hotel's location is quite remote, and the roads are very narrow, so be careful if you're driving. I'd recommend arriving earlier in the day. (It was pouring rain on the day we checked in), so we decided to have dinner at the hotel, and it was great! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The dining environment and staff service were excellent. However, the room cleanliness was just okay – we found two cockroaches during our one-night stay. 🥹

Everything was perfect! This is a great hotel with excellent hospitality.

From the room to the amenities, the view, the service, and the breakfast, everything was incredibly satisfying! Upon arrival, our luggage was immediately carried to our room, even though there wasn't an elevator. The staff provided delicious cocktails and beautifully presented plates. After each person filled out their information, a dedicated staff member came to explain the hotel's amenities. There was a free drink bar and lounge chairs by the pool for stargazing! The room layout was exactly as pictured, and all food and drinks in the room were complimentary. We arrived late for dinner, so we bought something from a nearby convenience store. The staff heated up our food and provided plenty of tableware for us to enjoy. The service was truly excellent! After a satisfying meal and rest, we enjoyed a relaxing bath and a sound sleep. Waking up to the beautiful view completely made the morning pain go away! I felt so refreshed! Breakfast was also a delight, especially the view and service. Someone in the family had a birthday, and perhaps they noticed it when we were filling out the information, so they took the initiative to celebrate and gave us a fruit plate as cake during breakfast! It was a pleasant surprise and a delight. The building next door has a swimming pool, a small jacuzzi, and a small cold spring. The changing rooms, toilets, and showers were clean and air-conditioned, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself there. It's a shame I didn't have enough time to enjoy the bar and other amenities. This is a luxury hotel I'd love to visit again! Even if it means driving off the beaten path, it's worth it!
