Hotels near Kouri Big Bridge, Nakijin

We really loved the location and vibe of Furaiso. Hosts were very friendly and attentive and passionate about their guest house. The breakfast was great with really delicious bakes with huge portions. Hosts even provided take away bags as we could not finish them. As there was a cold snap with strong winds during our stay, our host also provided us with heat packs and a nice free gift of Okinawa brown sugar peanuts. The only small issue is, it would be great if toilets can be in-built into the rooms instead. However, it could be due to it being a family room type as I couldn't get reservation for other rooms which may come with in room toilets. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would consider again once I visit Okinawa again :)

Nice place with Jacuzzi. If they provide simple cooking utensils will be great. They need to put some fencing at the end of the garden to ensure no intrusion into the villa.

Very beautiful and clean place to stay! Will definitely try it again in the near future

This was the best accommodation we stayed at during our Okinawa trip. My only regret is that our itinerary only allowed us to stay for one night. We loved everything from the traditional Okinawan house exterior and the tatami room layout typical of Japanese homes, to the impeccably clean, modern kitchen and bathroom. Getting to the beach behind the property was a bit challenging due to the overgrown path, but our spirits lifted the moment we saw the ocean. Plenty of towels were provided, and having a washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent available was great for taking care of our swimsuits after swimming. With a microwave, kettle, and toaster provided, it was convenient to buy food from outside and heat it up. The air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure was strong, so we stayed comfortably without any issues during our stay. It rained overnight, but we woke up to the loud chirping of insects outside the house. My child said this was the most memorable accommodation. The only minor drawback during our stay was how tricky it was to open the door upon check-in. It's a manual key system, and the lock mechanism was quite small, making it hard to tell if it was properly unlocked. We struggled so much with it that we had to ask a foreign guest staying in the neighboring unit, who had already checked in, for help to get it open. They mentioned they had a hard time opening their door at first as well.

Just like last time, I was very satisfied! The staff were very attentive and I had a very comfortable time. Everything was perfectly organized!

I stayed here while traveling. It's relatively close to Heart Rock and has a parking lot, so I'd like to stay here again if I'm staying in the north! The rooms are fairly spacious and the price is reasonable, so I think it might be suitable for student trips. However, the changing room has no door and is separated only by a thin curtain, so it's see-through.

It's so good. I will come here again when I visit Okinawa. Very good place to stay if you want to explore northern part of Okinawa island.

Is very inner place among nikijin. Google maps show a jungle road to Airbnb. However the night sky is very clear for star starring while we can enjoy the bathtub. Can park 2 car infront of the house . But don’t expect can cook in the house due to the utensils are not good condition.

Despite the remote location in a far corner of Kouri Island, this Villa is quite easily accessible, within walking distance to the landmark attraction Heart Rock on the Island. The openness of the Villa is unique, which may not be liked by those who require security and privacy. A dip in the jacuzzi on the terrace during the day is a highlight of our stay. We particularly enjoyed having all curtains opened so we could submerge ourselves in nature and looked at the vast blue sky of Okinawa in the sunny afternoon we luckily had during our stay in mid April.
