Nambour Lodge Motel
"The place was nice. The bed was comfy, The air-conditioning was cold. But the place kind of smelt like a ***** pool bathroom, it wasn't super noticeable and I assume it was just the cleaning chemicals, but it was definitely a smell for sure."
The Commercial Hotel Nambour
"Very convenience, close to everything"

"Money-grabbing, greedy owners contacted us to tell us that the prices had changed and that they hoped we would "honour the price change". When I refused, they cancelled my booking and readvertised at a higher price. Is this even ethical?"
Montville Misty View Cottages
"Fabulous weekend away celebrating our 18th Wedding Anniversary. Perfect way to refresh & reset. Highly recommend!!!"
Kondalilla Eco Resort
"Such a cozy and relaxing stay! The atmosphere was peaceful, the room was comfortable, and everything felt like a perfect little escape. Would definitely come back."
Spicers Clovelly Estate
"We booked here for my wife's birthday, Dinner , bed and breakfast. We arranged sitters(2), time off work and everything that needs to be sorted for a mid week get away. It's a lot of planning. On the morning of her birthday Spicers rang to tell me the restaurant would be closed. This is the reason we chose this venue. I later found it it was because they had staff sick. Seriously, this is a 5 star venue with an awarded restaurant, not some dingy back lane snack bar. Have back up or don't operate. We were offered a Picnic basket. for dinner. You have to be kidding!! I tried to cancel , but had booked through Qantas. I spent 15 min before I hung up. You can appreciate the stress all because someone is useless at running a restaurant . In the end we booked the following night. now paying double for sitters, and stayed at a Spicers venue in Brisbane. We told them of our issues and frankly they did not care at all. It was at best average. Again poor staff who don't try to repair any damage. No upgrades were offered. So in the 1 week , we dealt with 2 Spicers venues and the service throughout is appalling. Clearly management, lead by Scroo Turner are bent of profit and not service. They ruined my wife's birthday. caused so much stress and costs for sitters. We used to go to The Long Apron about 5 times a year. NEVER AGAIN. Their staff don't care. Frankly if they cant offer service even as simple as cancelling the booking without 20 min waiting for Qantas then they shouldn't offer it. Stay away from Spicers."

"Night dress is smelling .Water also I got smelling. This hotel is should be 2 star"
Treetops Seaview Montville
"We stayed in the Kookaburra room for 3 nights. On the plus side; (1) really beautiful views, (2) quiet and peaceful setting, (3) no interruptions from staff or neighbours, (4) no internet and variable phone connection (we were happy to be unplugged). On the negative side; (1) couch and cushions weren't the cleanest (2) breakfast was okay - some variety was provided but some aspects disappointing (one very small fruit plate for 2 people for 3 days). Overall, it was a very lovely place and we enjoyed out stay. It didn't quite have the same level of little touches that some other local cabins have (there was no dishwasher, barbecue, birdseed and bird feeders, DVD libraries etc), which we expected for the price, but it is a beautiful place and we had a wonderful stay."
Mapleton Springs
"My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we have had the most amazing week. From the second we checked in everything has been outstanding. Rachel is super welcoming and is such a great host/owner. It has clean rooms, is a clean/well looked after environment, has stunning views, amazing service and great communication. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking at getting away from it all and relaxing/resetting. Thank you so much Rachel, We will be back"

"The hotel service was good, but the food was so-so."
Winston Cottage
"What a wonderful stay. Chris and Deb are the most amazing hosts. The accommodation has everything you need and is very clean, comfortable and quiet. We slept so well and felt refreshed and relaxed after the first day. Having time with Kezzy and Rosie the collies was a welcome surprise too and if you are a dog lover you will be in heaven. The location was ideal - Palmwoods is lovely and still with easy access to the region (coast or the range). The breakfasts - wow…. We stayed a week and Chris cooked a different veggie brekkie each day - every one was fantastic. Beautifully cooked and a real treat. Cannot fault Winston Cottage at all. Attention to detail, thoughtfully presented and attentive hosts who were patient and answered all our questions on the area!! Highly recommend a stay to explore the Sunshine Coast from a central and beautiful location. Hope to be back soon "
The Falls Montville
"We stayed at the Tamarind cottage for our anniversary, and it was an absolutely flawless experience. From the moment we arrived, Alan was amazing and made us feel so incredibly welcome and that nothing was too much trouble for him. The property is so serene; it feels like you are a million miles away, where time stands still for a while and nothing else in the world matters. Inside, the wood fire gave the place such warmth and felt incredibly romantic, as did the amazing spa bath, candles, fresh flowers, and chocolates. We loved the gourmet breakfast provisions and the fresh pastries delivered to our door each morning. Thank you, Alan, for all the thought and effort you put into providing such wonderful accommodation. We can’t wait to return."
Hunchy Hideaway
"Wow.... what a amazing experience staying in the rainforest in gumnut cottage. It was so peaceful and relaxing to just unwind listening to the birds and waterfall close by. The owners were very accommodating, well present, very clean cabin. It was a wonderful getaway for both myself and partner to unwind. Would highly recommend for couples for a sneaky get away. So close and convent to montville with a 5min drive."
