Nambour Lodge Motel ★★★
"Clean and friendly service."
Montville Holiday Apartments ★★★
"Wonderful stay here for 3 nights, quiet, scenic, comfortable, welcoming, good facilities. Garden apartment was well equipped, beds comfy, great views with kookaburras flying in to say good morning & evening. Parking outside our door in garden apartment, undercover. Wood fire was really special & added to the experience. Needs some TLC & upgrades but we'd stay here again, good value for money. Walking distance to Montville main street, felt immersed in the charm of this beautiful town."
Red Bridge Motor Inn ★★★★
"I had a great stay at Red Bridge Motor Inn! The booking process was super easy, and checking out was just as simple. My room was spacious, with plenty of room to move around, and the bathroom was also large, with a fantastic shower. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, keeping the room nice and cool throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"
Altitude on Montville ★★★★
"My friend and I stayed at this hotel recently and while the location is excellent. We stayed in a disability access room and appreciated the effort to provide accessibility. However, the bathroom drainage was not good. The floor was completely level, which I understand is part of the design for accessibility, but unfortunately, the water didn’t flow easily toward the drain. After a shower, water would pool on the floor and take a long time to drain, which made it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. I had to place towels on the floor to help keep it dry. I hope the hotel can improve the drainage design in accessible rooms to ensure both safety and comfort for all guests. I hope the hotel can improve the drainage design in accessible rooms to ensure both safety and comfort for all guests. This seems like a design issue that could be improved to make the bathroom more functional and hygienic for guests. This might seem like a small issue, but it really affected the overall cleanliness and convenience of the stay. I hope the hotel looks into this and fixes the drainage problem for future guests."
Motel in Nambour ★★★
"The hotel is good for a short stay, I stayed 3 nights, it is close walk and drive to town. Bed comfy, room clean. The only negatives would be there was no smoke alarm. Another negative was I booked via *********** and got scammed by someone impersonating the hotel I notified the owner of this but they really didn't do anything and just said it was booking com problem, although I stated that their account may have been comprised and other people who have booked via their booking com too. The staff in the reception are friendly and helpful though. "
Spicers Clovelly Estate ★★★★★
"We recently stayed at Clovelly Estate in a Junior Suite to celebrate my 50th birthday. Having enjoyed many wonderful experiences with the Spicers brand over the years, including previous visits to Clovelly for lunch and dinner, we were genuinely disappointed by this stay. The property still has enormous potential and our suite itself was lovely; however, the overall experience fell well short of the luxury standard we've come to expect. Throughout the weekend it appeared the estate was operating with a skeleton staff. Every staff member was friendly and polite, but service was consistently slow and there simply weren't enough people to look after guests. On several occasions we struggled to order food or drinks, our room wasn't serviced despite requesting it, and at one point I ended up clearing our own glasses and plates and putting them in the dishwasher because there were no staff available. The condition of the property has also declined. We found dust and spider webs in our suite, extensive black mould in the shower grout, animal faeces around the pool area, and the grounds and common areas looked tired and in need of attention. The biggest disappointment was the food. Dinner at The Long Apron was ordinary, with lukewarm dishes, an overcooked steak and bland fish. Breakfast was acceptable but nowhere near the quality we had previously experienced. Overall, it felt as though the estate was understaffed and struggling to deliver the premium experience that Spicers is known for. We emailed the General Manager after our stay to provide this feedback directly before posting a public review, but unfortunately never received a response. That was as disappointing as the stay itself."
The Commercial Hotel Nambour ★★★
"The food was delicious,$13.90 for chicken snitzel, salad and chips The can of come was a shock at $5.50. The place needs TLC,there was a bucket on the floor due to the roof leaking, the carpet looks ancient. Sunday there is a $ 15 steak chips and salad,I'm going to try that. Parking is limited, but there is a parking building behind Supercheap. Well worth a visit."
Montville Mountain Inn ★★★
"Lovely hotel, owners friendly & attentive. Decor is a little dated but room was very cosy & comfortable. Short walk into town, lots of independent shops & restaurants"
Mapleton Springs ★★★★
"My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we have had the most amazing week. From the second we checked in everything has been outstanding. Rachel is super welcoming and is such a great host/owner. It has clean rooms, is a clean/well looked after environment, has stunning views, amazing service and great communication. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking at getting away from it all and relaxing/resetting. Thank you so much Rachel, We will be back"

"Excellent position. We were in the Ponti, very private, cosy with a lovely fire place. Everything you need is there. Loved it"
Treetops Montville
"My wife and I were looking for a couple days away to unwind a bit so we could face up to the last stretch of work before Christmas. We booked a 2 night stay at Treetops Montville, in the Running Waters Cabin. I have never written an online review before, it's just not my thing, my wife usually does it. But our stay was the battery charge we were hoping for, and then some. The cabin was clean and tidy, the running water falls from the tiny creek that ran below the cabin helped us sleep like logs, and the bottle of bubbly in the fridge with the little bowl of chocolates were a welcomed treat after our 2 hour drive to get there. Bacon, eggs and bread for toast for breakfast was provided in the cabin which was great. Even though there are numerous cabins to choose from, we could only see one from our cabin and never saw another person other than Gina, who was very nice, the whole time we were there. It was like being in the middle of a tropical jungle, no hustle, no noise, no stress, just peace and rest. We decided we were going back as we drove out of the driveway on our trip home and next time we are going to take our 3 daughters and their husbands to share this amazing experience with them. And we can all have a separate cabin and everyone can enjoy what we experienced during our stay. Thank you Gina, thank you Treetops Montville,"
