Atour Hotel Anping Bridge Shuitou Nan'an Quanzhou

The front desk service was excellent, the hotel's location is convenient, and the breakfast was delicious.

The bedding in the room was very comfortable, and I really liked Atour's pillows – a godsend for someone who struggles to fall asleep. The laundry detergent in the hotel's laundry room left clothes smelling wonderful, which I loved. It's also only about three to four hundred meters from Anping Bridge, and there's a snack street right downstairs, making it very convenient.

Missy had a great service attitude. I rested well, and the Atour bedding was excellent.

Yizhi provided excellent service. The restaurant is conveniently located on the top floor, right next to the gym. It was quiet at night, which made for a very pleasant experience.

Clean rooms, professional and friendly front desk staff who offer proactive service. I had Shacha noodles for breakfast, and they provided a good amount of food. The room was also very clean. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. My first stay here was a wonderful surprise. The environment was also very comfortable. They even offered me a cup of tea right when I checked in, which was incredibly thoughtful. When I arrived, it was raining, and the front desk thoughtfully provided a towel for me to dry off. Such attention to detail! Extremely satisfied, absolutely delighted.

We stayed at this Atour Hotel in Nan'an as a stopover during our road trip. Its location close to the highway is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the Atour bedding provided a comfortable sleep, with a choice of soft or firm pillows. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the facilities were well-maintained. The lobby's Bamboo House (Zhuju) bookstore had a good ambiance. They also offer a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym, which are very practical for long-distance road trips. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including many local Minnan specialties. Check-in at the front desk was reasonably efficient. A few objective shortcomings: The parking lot consists of ground-level spaces, with no underground garage. It rained on the day of our check-in, so we had to get wet walking from the car to the hotel. We had a child with us, but no children's toiletries were proactively provided. Some rooms face the street, but with the windows closed, sleep was mostly undisturbed. The price-performance ratio was decent when booked through Trip.com, making it suitable for families on a road trip looking for a place to stay.

Our stay here was absolutely beyond our expectations! The hotel service was fantastic, with quick responses to everything. Definitely worth a commendation! We'll be back next time!!

The breakfast and service were both excellent. They upgraded our room, and Wen Shu at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Thumbs up!
