如果要去石井搭船，不在意住宿品質，畢竟便宜那就勉強湊合。除此之外，真沒啥優點。房間小，老舊，冷氣漏水。但到碼頭確實步行20分鐘可到，吃東西也方便。

位在鬧區，周圍除有各式食肆，還有超市、購物廣場、銀行、咖啡館及醫藥、服飾、通訊、美髮店等，生活機能完善。
旅店是家庭式經營，佈置及維持也是居家日常品質。普通單床房，房間小而方正，遺有菸味，壁髹白、地貼瓷，照明尚可，對外窗有兩層以隔市聲。設施除一大床外，還有分離式冷氣、平面電視、熱水壺、桌椅、床頭櫃。二、三孔插座各六，充足，WiFi訊號佳。
衛浴也是小方間，瞬熱式熱水，水量稍弱，供毛、浴巾、拖鞋及一次性洗浴用品；但管路有持續且明顯的流水聲，稍擾。
