房子很大，特別是客廳，很適合家庭入住。在高層，可以遠眺海景，面朝大海很不錯。房間衞生整潔，有一次性洗浴毛巾用品。還有機麻，可以打麻將！

一家很不錯的民宿，地理位置優越，就在遊客中心對面，我們一共定了兩套，這套是房子是5樓的套房，視野沒有高層的那套好，照片是在高層那套房拍的，海景一覽無餘，晚上窗外更漂亮！老闆娘人很好，這套房房間也不錯，適合一家人居住。

位置方便 下樓過馬路就可以到沙灘海邊 房間寬敞 陽台也可以直接看到海景 附近有市場 便利店 吃飯也很方便 樓下就有公交站 忘記拍室內照片了 放幾張附近走路就打卡的海邊景色

房間很乾凈整潔，洗漱用品也都是一次性的，很貼心。老闆是個漂亮的小姐姐，人很好，也很有耐心，溝通很順暢，很有禮貌，也很為別人考慮。房間在5樓，陽台外就是前江灣海灘，無敵海景，很漂亮！春節期間入住，還免費看了幾個小時的煙花秀。總的來説入住體驗很好，非常推薦！

入住之前老闆娘提前跟我加微信溝通 位置啊各方面都講得很清楚 有圖有文字説明 還發了攻略
房間很乾凈 沒有異味 浴巾啥的都是一次性的 很乾凈 陽台很大 能吹到海風 聽到海浪聲 很開心 極力推薦

民宿是特別新的房間，在海濱大廈的18層，兩個陽台都朝向大海，可以坐在客廳賞海景，特別地開心😁!毛巾浴巾都提供了一次性的，非常滿意。所以空調暖氣一直開不了，可以忽略了。樓下就是水上運動中心，有公交車站點，出行很方便。從汕頭火車站坐161路A線，到山頂大廈下車，約一小時多一點。推薦（＾ω＾）👍🏻

房間很大，對面沙灘，買東西也方便，除了沒自備停車場以外，沒毛病。因為出行人多又訂了同地方另一個“清**”，一對比就是一個天一個地了，這裏房東好説話，不用按金，不催人，推薦這裏。

樓下都是大排檔，交通和吃很方便，過馬路就是沙灘。2個房間的空調都是直吹，對鼻炎的我很不友好。住2天，一次性浴巾等用品都是1天的。住5樓，門口沒有通風口，有味道。
