The one who impressed me the most was a girl named Zhang Chuyin, who was still a student. She received us on the day of check-in. We had some small problems at that time, and she was able to coordinate and solve them in the first time. We were very satisfied with her ability and efficiency. What touched us even more was that she insisted on helping us get a 24-inch suitcase to the room, saying that this was her job. Seeing her young age, thin body, carrying such a heavy suitcase up the high stairs in the fourth picture, we felt very distressed. 3. The restaurant of the hotel is not big, but it is very clean and sanitary, and the products are no worse than those of a five-star hotel. We stayed for three days and ate in this restaurant for three days. 4. The overall environment of Nan'ao Island is actually quite good. We are in the off-season, staying in a comfortable hotel, and encountering good weather, so of course we are in a good mood!

When I arrived at the front desk, a young man named Cai Ruanying (the staff had a name tag on their chest) answered our questions enthusiastically and explained the precautions. He asked the leaders to coordinate and solve some of the requirements we raised during our stay. Chen Xiufang and Zhang Chuyin also gave us great convenience in room service, and sweet soup was delivered to the room every night. In addition, the staff service in the restaurant was also enthusiastic and standardized, and the hotel dining was also convenient and delicious. There were not many types of breakfast, but each was very delicious, and the seafood dinner was also very cost-effective. By the way, the smart toilet in the room was particularly comfortable and easy to use, and the flashlight at the head of the bed was also particularly convenient and practical. The hotel, which is as beautiful as flowers, and the staff, who are as young and energetic as their youth, became the biggest highlight of our trip to Nan'ao Island and created wonderful memories of our parent-child travel.
