設施：設施雖然説齊全但並不便利，洗衣房在前台，早餐也在-1層某個角落
出行交通：公交站距離大概300米左右，有一個大坡，爬上來就力竭了； 可以租電瓶車80元和120元，這價格還算優惠了，其他商家的還要100多，不得不説汕頭文旅還有很長一段路要走，光是南澳島這個物價，熟人宰一半，生人大滿貫。
環境：房間設計簡潔，比較温馨
周邊環境：並沒有宣傳中那麼美好，海水不是那麼藍，周圍都在建設中
服務：前台各位服務很周到給他們點個贊！雖然我投訴了噪音但是也是相對應的給了我一些客訴禮品來打發我，應該是員工自己的一些零食+物料房的牙刷毛巾（送完後庫房都乾淨點了吧哈哈 開玩笑）在有限的前提下儘可能做到最好的服務，這個要怪罪於酒店經理或者老闆和管理層，沒有制定相對應完善的方案。
噪音：正如我所説都在建設中早上八點就開始施工電鑽音ASMR助眠還是不錯的哈
總結：
各方面還有很多成長的空間，在淡季可以低價出售房間，但並不是以400多的價格成交；
其他不可控的噪音因素可以提前告知遊客提醒，或贈送耳塞等對應措施；
希望店家可以吸取經驗期待下次入住的改變

避雷！潮汕本地人想罵人，一早樓上就開始裝修，重點是，訂房時問了裝修就不要了，因為去年就被一大早吵，前台時又問了，卻一直説沒有裝修。酒店不誠信，早上7點就開始裝修，為自己的愚蠢買單，草。
還有1.這次買了帶浴缸的房，海景也衹有一點，爛尾樓倒是不少，景觀不咋地，圖片嚴重不符。
2浴缸位置旁邊的樓層看得一清二楚，私隱不行。
3.屋內沙發比較臟。
4.洗髮水不起泡。
5.下午入房時發現反鎖是壞的，打了電話説晚上8點半來看，結果沒來，又打電話快9點才來處理。
6.連續兩次女朋友都沒休息好，兄弟們避坑避坑。

前台的態度很好，開的房間在23樓，一眼望去是海島，真的很舒服，晚上也有可以欣賞的夜景，在南澳的一次幸福的體驗，環境特別好，空間很大，完全加分項，贊贊贊！！主要本人潔癖，床好乾凈我好喜歡哈哈哈😏下次在汕頭還來呀~

服務不錯，幫忙升級了房間。換成了雙床。房間設施配備高於一般民宿了。房間大氣，可以看到海景。可以坐在海邊喝茶。房間也配備茶包。海島走累了，房間也有投影設備。燈光可以調節。有四個檔。閲讀 睡眠 等模式。吹髮也方便 配的是戴森。設備都是網紅的標配。

景色很好，大海景。落地窗。其他都挺好的。就是千萬不要和工作人員租車。特別黑心。外面 60 選 24 小時。酒店工作人員給你台破車收你 20 元一小時。按金 100。然後退按金賊慢。還有套餐裏面的果盤咖啡是沒有給的。

到店後發現有梵嶼落日房，就選擇了升房。
超出預期，房間本身的視覺呈現，裝修細節，設施配套，都是上乘，絕佳的山海視野，把南澳最美的海景框入室內，成為室內藝術的最後一環。
因為自己最近正在鼓搗家裡裝修，略懂些細節，get到了很多用心之處。
藝術漆暖白的底色，柔和的背板吊頂弧形工藝嵌上恰到好處的燈帶，點綴上幾處材質碰撞的點睛：紅洞石的台盆，洞石的壁燈，甚至還有洞石紙巾盒和貝母肥皂託這樣的細節。
然而這些都是配角，用以烘託一整面落地窗框住的藍碧一色，海天一線的絕美海景。
南澳的正確打開。
而且區位非常方便，租一輛電驢，左轉進鎮，右轉沙灘，邊上三分鐘還有個很不錯的山頂卡丁車場子。
我不一定會推薦五一來南澳，但我真心推薦來南澳住這裏。
美中不足：1. 廁所太小 2.乾濕分離設計有點問題

這家酒店真的太讓我驚喜了！房間佈置温馨雅緻，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮；窗外的海景盡收眼底，讓人心曠神怡。房間設施全部非常智能齊全，工作人員服務熱情周到，外賣還可以直接送到房間，地理位置也很方便，大人孩子都喜歡這家酒店，下次來還會選擇這裏！

辛辛苦苦三個多小時到南澳，本想住一家網評好評如潮的民宿犒勞自己，沒想到這麼坑。民宿的設施和服務都很一般，馬桶沖水力度不夠大，導致紙巾難以沖下，入住水果上有牙印，住房管家跟我説是不小心磕到的，能磕出牙印也是挺離譜的，房間裏的沙發上和牆上也都是茶漬醬漬，環境真的很一般，這個價格和服務真的不匹配，不平衡。
