位置及自然環境還不錯，主要缺乏管理配套服務。早餐老闆自己做的太簡單了。到海灘確實近，但海灘衞生沒人打理。

整體還可以，位置在島內靠海，度假村內有多套房型，我們親子住的小木屋，面積比較小，而且沒空調，還好這裏天氣不冷，但是有點潮啊。孩子新鮮感，很喜歡上下層床，但是無奈翻個身動一動就嘎吱嘎吱響，晚上沒睡好。早餐是個小食堂，有粥、雞蛋、饅頭，能填個肚子吧。他們養了兔子和貓，可愛。
ps.我們好像把孩子的這件粉色棉襖外套落在這裏了，旅途的遺憾（ノ_＜）

環境很好，喜歡這種山間小院。挨着海濱路，喜歡那條小隧道和小沙灘。老闆友好熱情，整體的服務也不錯。就是這個位置的交通有點不方便，需要打車或者坐公交。

環境比較田園風，就是靠山邊比較冷，建議空調有制熱功能好些。適合一家度假。老闆服務態度挺好，有啥需要都儘量配合

#負評#對房內採光，隔音，鄰近店舖失望；酒店总体体验比较差，主要有以下几点：
1、早餐直接就是一个馒头，一个鸡蛋，还要自己去厨房拿
2、房间隔音效果几乎没有，太吵闹了
3、酒店周边啥也没有，黑漆漆一片，逛吃逛喝根本逛不了
4、私人沙滩没有维护，环境脏乱差
5、房间用品质量也很差

民宿離青澳灣很近 環境清幽雅緻 老闆娘非常淳樸熱情 有求必應 剛開始怕不習慣衹定了一晚 後來大家一致認為很好 又每個房間續了兩天
我們訂的本來是三連排 後來老闆娘免費給我們換到下面的獨棟小木屋 住在小木屋別有一番風味 價格也非常划算
主要是還有一個私人沙灘🏖️晚上吹着海風喝着啤酒🍻再來的音樂簡直太舒服啦！還可以讓老闆安排海邊燒烤～這裏的海灘趕海也能撿到很多螃蟹🦀️ 游泳圈和趕海的裝備你有需要老闆都會借給你 也可以找老闆幫忙預約浮潛 價格比在青澳灣便宜 而且不用等
住在這裏舒服又安逸 喜歡安靜和私人空間的就來這裏度假🏖真的很不錯 下次再來～

本次出行自駕家庭出遊，孩子和父母都很滿意這間住宿。此處買點在於私人沙灘和小木屋，沙灘方面：非週末抵達，所以幾乎承包了整片沙灘，小朋友從早到晚玩得不亦樂乎，父母也早起去晨泳。傍晚會有住客沙灘燒烤，當天遺留一些垃圾，父母晨練時在海邊看不過去，幫忙撿了兩袋垃圾！希望老闆和住客都能更愛惜這片如此美麗的沙灘……
木屋房間：房間雖小，但床很大，只是會有蚊蟲，夜晚發現蟑螂，請工作人員幫忙清理了。離行遺漏了充電設備，聯繫寄回，服務非常友好！
Ps: 核酸店駕車十分鐘可達。

#房間景觀這是我住過買家秀和賣家秀相差最大的民俗。本人從來不給酒店差評，這是第一次）1.民俗的外觀就和普通民房沒有差別，周圍有個水溝，裏面很臟，有幾衹鴨子在裏面覓食。2.民俗介紹裏的沙灘，經過一個隧道出去，沙灘臟，水也不乾淨，沒人管理，南澳灣大把地方比這裏好，不值得去。3.我們住的房間在一個院子裏，一進房間有一股黴味（因為在一樓，後面又是山，潮濕）更讓人鬱悶的是，房間的天花板竟然漏水，簡直不敢相信。順便説一句，空調已經很舊了，不製冷。老闆讓我們先開一段時間吃能涼快。#早餐民俗提供早餐，有一個饅頭、一碗白粥、一個煎雞蛋、還有一小盤榨菜，簡直是史上最簡單的早餐。#床硬加黴味#服務最讓我提筆寫出這麼多文字，最主要的原因是太吵了。凌晨5點多開始發動機發電，聲音巨大，6點鐘一羣小孩在院子裏大叫，一個清晨被這些吵鬧聲包圍，心情不好到極點。#性價比以上所有的觀點在於，如果這個民俗的價格在200～300，我就忍了，畢竟價格在那裡，這個民俗500一晚，簡直是不值得。希望店家看到評論，能夠管理好，讓每位入住者都能舒適乾淨，有個美好的心情度假。

小木屋和私人沙灘很棒，小朋友非常喜歡，山石擁抱、溪水潺潺，傍晚趕海，白天玩沙戲水，海島上的另一番體驗。看日出需要開車前往旁邊的一個沙灘（大概3、4分鐘），走路也可以到達，很近。適合親子體驗。
