I can see now that this is the 'service' some other reviews were referring to. Other than that, cleanliness was poor, the building is dingy and the area has little in the way of dining or attractions. It's close to the HSR station and that's it. Do not stay here, particularly with children, or if the ambiance and ads will make you uncomfortable."

This is a truly excellent hotel, and its location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to a subway station and a train station, making it super easy to get anywhere. You can walk to Wanda Plaza in about 18 minutes, and there's a bus stop right across the street where you can catch the No. 2 bus directly to Tengwang Pavilion. Getting around is just so convenient! Plus, there are plenty of breakfast spots downstairs."

"I stayed at this hotel in November. The room was small and very noisy at night; I was woken up by the noise from who-knows-where. There was also construction noise in the morning, and the air conditioner smelled like sewage. One of the female staff at the front desk was extremely unhelpful; she was very impatient and had the cold, arrogant attitude typical of people in big city shopping districts. It seemed like she was wearing glasses. I don't understand why they would keep someone who damages the hotel's image. However, there was one other female receptionist who was quite friendly. Also, the hotel didn't call me to ask me to delete the negative review; they couldn't delete any of it anyway."

The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The breakfast is simple but delicious, offering mixed noodles, noodle soup, wontons, milk, orange juice, and bread."
