硬件四星以上水準，標間面積足夠，配置了電動窗簾、電子稱、保險櫃、冰箱、浴缸、廁所有電話線；環境很安靜，床品舒適，可能入住的客人少，早餐品種不多但中西都有，還挺好吃，餐廳阿姨都很客氣，房間體驗可以給90分。 但是服務體驗不好。一是辦理入住前台服務小姐態度冷漠，回答問題不耐煩，給完房卡後還是保潔阿姨告訴我電梯在哪。二是晚上八點半左右前台告知餐廳可以用餐，到了一樓餐廳，服務員讓我問在邊上閑聊的男士，他先問我幾個人，知道人少以後就説沒菜了？？人多就可以有是嗎？ 最大的問題是安全，電梯間標識説4樓有健身中心，帶娃準備去逛逛，電梯門打開發現外面黑乎乎一片工地，這時候電梯卡在四樓不停開門關門，小朋友嚇得爆哭，按了報警鈴聲，響了一分多鐘竟然無人接電話！！！還好手機有前台電話諮詢記錄，打過去總算有小夥子來接我們，但如果別人不知道前台電話或沒帶手機怎麼辦？電梯標識能不能改進下避免誤解？ 並且因為酒店方的原因導致的電梯插曲，給小朋友留下了很大的心理陰影，至少應該和我道個歉吧？ 總之房間居住體驗是很好的，第二天離店的前台就很客氣，希望改善一下服務。
