The family room we booked has a nice environment and a large space. The hotel service reception is very patient. The hotel is right next to the commercial street and the transportation is very convenient.

很少點評，實在是沒忍住，從進酒店前台就説我們定的普通雙床房比較吵，因為靠着馬路，喊我們升級商務雙床，靠着裏面不吵，想着怕吵就加了49升了，一進房間就聽見樓下喝茶的一直吵，一下午沒休息清凈，好在晚上不吵了！床上居然還有煙頭燙的洞，這種床上用品難道看不見嗎？

這個全季最急需改善的問題：早餐時間的油煙味兒太重了！住了兩次，都在吃早餐之後立馬去洗衣服了。這個問題真的有點嚴重，那個時間段電梯裏都是油煙味兒！！！

這一次入住這家全季，是兩位家中父母回去探親，特意選擇的這家店。家人離店後特意給我打個電話説這家店員工的服務特別熱情，下雨提前打傘到馬路邊接兩位長者，也特意安排了出行方便的房間，房間裏還提前放了兩雙防滑涼拖鞋！給長者介紹的本地特色餐飲店也很合長者家口味，退房離開時還幫兩位長者提前預約好了一輛出租車！感謝員工的周到服務，下次還來！

這家酒店的服務太貼心了，房間裏面放了8瓶水，電視機是65平的超大屏，還配了加濕器和小愛客控，入住太方便了。這次開車來的，打電話給前台問停車場位置，值班經理到路口等着我們車，幫我們指引，停進車庫坐電梯酒店一樓了，不用錄車牌號。停車場入口還有充電樁，配置太齊全了，真心不錯，推薦大家體驗，，，

提前訂了這家酒店，主要是之前朋友之前住過這家，沖朋友推薦這次過年直接定了。酒店在西巷口子處，進入大廳就是禪茶香，大廳入口處的福字貼，好喜慶。酒店房間大，寬敞明亮，早餐好，關鍵是停車場入口有一排充電樁，太方便了，強烈推薦！

設施：房間都有智能管家小愛同學，特別方便快捷，有健身房洗衣房，洗烘很方便
衞生：阿姨打掃特別乾淨整潔
環境：外面就是西巷商業街，離1227也很近，吃喝玩樂都很方便
服務：前台小姐姐特別貼心熱情，晚上突然來例假了，給我送了衞生巾還有紅糖薑茶沖劑和暖寶寶
