酒店不錯，環境衞生都很好，前台的客服小張和另外一位客服的服務態度特別好，有問必答，我是帶着孩子去考試的，兩位客服還詳細的給我介紹了去學校的路線，簡直是太感謝了😊，退房手續辦理的時間也很快。對第一次去南充的我來説，酒店的服務態度給我的體驗感覺是非常不錯的，下次再去南充還會選擇這家酒店。

我是過去考試的，這個酒店是離考試最近的酒店，站在門外的時候覺得這個酒店值兩百多，進去以後服務也還行，直到我進了房間。裏面的地毯是臟的，洗漱用品要收費不是一次性的，不給錢的放的地方很隱蔽，收費的很顯眼，特別是他家那個馬桶墊，馬桶本身很臟就算了，我還沒見過一片式的馬桶墊，臟了以後我找前台重新來一個，他沒給我説要收費，一直説給我安排清潔阿姨送，第二天退房的時候要收我錢。一個馬桶墊六塊！！反正特別坑！建議不是唯一選擇就不要住了！！！
