I came to Nanchong for a business trip and stayed at this hotel. I was very satisfied with the experience. When I got off the bus, I had a little brother driving the door. The lobby was very airy and the check-in at the front desk was very smooth. The room is full of floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the beauty of the Jialing River, and the bed is very large and comfortable. The most surprising thing is that I piled a lot of cosmetics on the countertop of the bathroom. The big sister who is doing hygiene put all my cosmetics one by one with a towel! But I forgot to take pictures 😅😘 I will continue to stay at this hotel next time I come to Nanchong, it is highly recommended!

After the renovation, it feels good, the lobby, public areas and rooms have a refreshing look. There is a note in advance that needs a smaller room, so when I arrived at the store, the front desk sister took me to the room, and the service awareness was good. But there is one thing to say, there is still some smell after closing the window at night, I sleep with a mask (I am more sensitive to smell). The view of the lake is good. I also like the snacks and fruits. However, the sound insulation is not very good, you can hear the TV sound in the next room when you lie on the bed, 🙄🙄🙄🙄. Breakfast is average and there are not many choices.

I stayed in Nanchong for 2 nights to see the city and do a bit of hiking. Overall I really liked the hotel but only after changing rooms. The first room My room was gigantic in size, approximately 60-80 m2 with lots of high-quality furnishings. Unfortunately it smelled of smoke and only had a mini window. The exchange room Kindly there was another room with a large window and only a very slight smell of smoke, it probably couldn't be better in China. Smoking is allowed everywhere, including in the lobby and hallways. But it feels like fewer people are doing this than 10 years ago. Positive Nice room, high quality furnishings Excellent service Great location right on the river Great swimming pool at 80m height, approximately 25m lanes Very nice outdoor swimming pool, many families with children Neutral The sauna wasn't as fantastically big as the swimming pool When checking out I was asked if it was good and of course I said yes. Then I was asked to write a positive review in front of the employees, I don't know if that's normal in China Caution There are rooms with mini windows in a 5 star hotel, I will have to pay attention to that in China in the future and from now on I will call in advance and ask. Conclusion The trip to Nanchong was great, I like the city, the river, the open people here and the great hotel. Next time I would love to come back to Tianlai Hotel.
