先説優點，停車方便，位置離紅軍小學小鎮車程5分鐘，步行30分鐘，近燕子嶺索道。客棧是農家樂，和國道有一條小河間隔，較為安靜，老闆娘接待熱情，早餐10元一碗麪，味道不錯，衞生很乾凈。不足，房間設施簡陋，衞生間有損壞，沖水管子漏水，賞紅葉期間平常100多一晚的價格要加價100多。後面的客棧捱得近，那邊人一多，説話聲音大了，就顯得嘈雜些。

房間乾淨整潔衞生，設施設備齊全，老闆服務態度很好，距離燕子嶺索道很近，吃飯可以在鄰居家或去兩公里左右的遊客中心附近就餐。

旺季這個價格性價比高，房間雖小，五臟俱全，老闆娘做的早餐味道不錯，價格也實惠。就是住的房間窗户正對後面另一家民宿的廚房，一大早就開始忙活，太吵了。

就在光霧山燕子嶺索道門口，交通非常方便，附近沒有餐館，衹能在客棧找老闆煮飯，煮早餐。廁所沒有馬桶，衹能是蹲廁。

房間衞生收拾的很乾凈，隔音效果也還可以，睡覺比較安靜最近幾天有點冷也有電熱毯，老闆比較熱情，對於景區出遊路線及時間規劃也能給很好的建議。
