Mercure Nanjing Hongshan Zoo

They upgraded our room for free, and it was huge and well-equipped! The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Hongshan Zoo; it's right next to a subway station and convenience stores, and you can just walk to the zoo. We had a fantastic time, and it was great to be able to use the hotel's gym and laundry room after a long day. So convenient and worry-free!

The service was great! They upgraded my room upon check-in, which was a nice surprise. Later, I noticed the AC wasn't working quite right. I reported it to the front desk, and a technician came up immediately, and they moved me to a new room. The issue was handled very promptly, and their attitude was excellent. A big plus is that it's super close to Hongshan Forest Zoo, just a five-minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Traveling during off-peak season with my child and elderly family members to Hongshan Zoo, I truly picked the right hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from both Hongshan Zoo and the subway station, incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are relatively new, clean, and tidy, which is especially important for me when traveling with kids. Plus, the hotel service is excellent; all our requests were handled very promptly. The breakfast was also perfectly adequate, served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, accommodating both the early-rising seniors and the kids who love to sleep in. I understand that issues can arise in the service industry, but based on the staff's attitude and their responsiveness to problems, it's clear that Mercure's management is top-notch. Highly recommended! Five stars for a hotel of this caliber!

Close to the metro station and Hongshan Zoo, it's super convenient and definitely worth it! After breakfast, you can get to the zoo early with the kids to see the animals up close, then head back for an afternoon nap!

This hotel is conveniently located near the zoo and Nanjing Station. They even offered umbrellas when it rained, and the room had an air purifier, so the amenities were generally good. However, there might be construction nearby as there was noise at night. While the hotel provided earplugs, they weren't very effective.
