While resting in the hotel, even though there was a clear "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door of the room, the hotel "cleaning staff" still swiped their cards to enter the room without permission! After we said we didn't need to clean, the "cleaning staff" still stared at the room without closing the door for several minutes until we closed the door ourselves. This is the first time I have encountered this situation after staying in so many hotels After we contacted the hotel, the hotel was not proactive and professional in handling the problem. They blamed the cleaning staff and refused to admit that there was a problem with the hotel. They morally blackmailed us and claimed that it was not easy for the "cleaning staff" to make money. They asked us to be "considerate" until we contacted Ctrip. At this time, it was nearly 20 hours since the incident. During the incident, the hotel staff from top to bottom showed an unprofessional and irresponsible attitude. The experience was very bad.
