Nanjing LSX hotspring hotel

We stayed here with our family, and the overall experience was quite poor. The room's cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and many facilities were old and broken. While the public hot springs were decent, the in-room amenities didn't measure up. Service responsiveness was just average, and it wasn't good value for money. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The hotel's overall style is simple yet grand. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the service is excellent, attentive, and thoughtful. The hot spring water is clear and comfortable, with the perfect temperature.

I booked the Shanze Shuiyuan Hot Spring Courtyard King Room, which features hot spring water from Tangshan No. 3 Well. The check-in experience was great, very satisfied.

This is a great hot spring hotel. They even gave us an extra bottle of mineral water when we checked in. The room was spacious, well-lit, bright, and fully equipped. After a long day of driving, I arrived at the hotel around 9 PM. During check-in, the young man at the front desk only answered half of every five questions I asked, which was infuriating. I called the front desk after checking in, but the call went through three times. Frustrated, I went to the front desk myself, but it was the same young man. I asked him why he didn't answer the phone, and he told me it wasn't ringing. I couldn't be bothered with him and came back. I called from the number provided on Ctrip. Sigh, nothing goes right when you're traveling.

The price was relatively high during the Spring Festival in Tangshan Town, Nanjing. Parking was free, the overall environment was quite nice, and it was relatively quiet at night. There was a very beautiful courtyard with a cat, and you could even see the stars at night. The breakfast was delicious, and you could visit the quarry park and hot springs nearby. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay with the kids during the Spring Festival.
