The room was more spacious than a standard double, clean and tidy, and even had a simple sofa. The breakfast area was comfortable. I initially thought this hotel had a good location and was great value for money, and I was even taking photos to leave a positive review… but at breakfast, the restaurant staff's awareness and attitude were just terrible, it really ruined the experience.

The room decor was simple yet elegant, the bedding was skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, ample hot water, and high-quality toiletries. The breakfast offered a mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialties that added a wonderful touch of local flavor. The staff were responsive and discreet, never intrusive but always accurate in meeting my needs. It truly offered great value for money. I will definitely book again next time I'm in this city!

The hygiene was terrible. As soon as I walked in, I saw trash on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up, and the lighting inside was too dim. I stayed a second night because I was too lazy to move to another place. I asked them to clean the room, but when I came back that evening, it still hadn't been properly cleaned. The trash on the tables and floor hadn't been cleared, and the bathroom also wasn't cleaned properly. All in all, it's hard to describe how bad it was. Most of the good reviews in the comments section are obviously from people who got a 10-yuan cashback! The soundproofing is also very poor. Speechless.

This hotel is truly fantastic! It's located in a prime downtown area with excellent surrounding amenities. It's very close to Taisheng Plaza, Hexie Plaza, and even the landmarks of Linyi City. Wang Xizhi's Former Residence is also nearby, though it might be a bit of a walk. Parking is abundant and spacious, making it very convenient for those arriving by car. The overall service attitude of the hotel's front desk is excellent. Check-in was handled very professionally, and their service was warm and enthusiastic. They were prompt in responding to our needs and proactively offered local travel tips and even a small map to guide us. The lady at the front desk specifically circled some worthwhile attractions for us. The housekeeping staff also had a wonderful service attitude; they were meticulous in cleaning. The interactive experience, such as cleaning during extended stays, was also very good, showing that they truly put effort into maintaining the place. The room layout is well-designed and equipped with many smart devices, like a direct drinking water dispenser and Xiaodu (a smart assistant). Overall, I am really, really satisfied with this entire stay. If I come back, I will definitely book this place again. Highly recommend!
