Not only are the facilities excellent, but the service is also outstanding. I especially want to commend a front desk lady. On August 7th, around 11:36 AM, I was checking in, and she provided warm service with a constant smile. Seeing me with a backpack, she even proactively asked if I was traveling and offered to share travel tips for Nanjing. Later that evening, around 8 PM, I had to check out early due to an unexpected matter. I met her again at the front desk, and she still provided service with a consistent smile, even thoughtfully giving me some cooling patches. Encounters like this truly brightened my entire day. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and forgot to ask for her name.

Absolutely amazing! The staff kept the room spotless, and it was spacious, beautiful, and had fantastic natural light. I stayed for two days and really didn't want to leave. Excellent value for money. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely only stay at this hotel!
