Mercure Nanjing Confucius Temple

Mercure Nanjing Confucius Temple is very conveniently located, less than a ten-minute walk from the metro station and only five minutes from the Confucius Temple scenic area. The facilities are comprehensive, clean, and tidy, and the service is exceptionally good. The breakfast buffet is also excellent, featuring duck blood and vermicelli soup and soup dumplings. It's particularly child-friendly.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the Confucius Temple and close to the subway entrance. The service is very warm and welcoming, and the hotel itself is in a quiet area. The soundproofing from the windows is amazingly good; I couldn't hear a thing even during a heavy rainstorm.

This stay exceeded my expectations, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and the staff were friendly and polite, responding promptly to any requests. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and all facilities were well-maintained. The location is convenient for getting around, with easy access to dining and shopping. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, suitable for both travel and short stays. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

Due to an overseas trip, I had a short one-night stay in Nanjing. It was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel, and it was excellent! A big thank you to the front desk for upgrading my room type. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing me to get a full rest, both physically and mentally. What stood out, in particular, was how incredibly polite and always smiling every staff member was – that was really great. Additionally, the hotel isn't far from Exit 6 of the Fuzimiao Metro Station, making it easy to reach even with luggage. Plus, the hotel is right next to the scenic area, so dining and shopping are very convenient, and it's quite lively. It’s especially easy to pick up souvenirs – I just ended up buying too much! 😄

Facilities: Excellent. The TV displayed various service updates. I immediately found an opportunity to do laundry, and anything I requested was delivered promptly. Even when I realized I was out of a toothbrush late at night, they sent one up. Hygiene: The cleaning staff came daily to tidy up without disturbing my belongings. However, sometimes the floor felt a bit sticky after cleaning, though not always. Environment: Good. It looks exactly like the official photos. The location is convenient for ordering takeout and close to the subway station. Service: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The room was cleaned spotless every day. There are plenty of restaurants right downstairs, making dining super convenient. It's also very close to the Confucius Temple and Qinhuai River. Overall, my stay was fantastic!

At first, the room felt small, but once I closed the curtains and turned on the TV, it felt much more spacious! 👍 The pillows were super comfy – definitely a recommendation! Convenient transportation, easy to bike around Fuzimiao; and lots of local specialties available for delivery. 👍

The hotel has a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Fuzimiao. The room facilities are good, and the cleaning staff tidies up daily. There's a generous supply of bottled water with 6 bottles in each room, plus free Coke and Sprite in the fridge. The hotel staff are friendly and sincere, always ready to assist. When we arrived directly from the train station before 11 AM, we initially planned to just drop off our luggage and check in later that evening. However, the front desk attendant kindly informed us that a room was available and allowed us to check in early, which was a great convenience and much appreciated.
