Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Nanjing Hongqiao Center)

I made a reservation that day and went in to take a look. The sheets and duvet covers were not changed. This is the first time I have given a negative review.

The environment is okay. It is reserved for Qingming trip. There is also a small commercial building in the surrounding environment. It is convenient for eating. The service is good. Water is brought to you if you need it.

The room is clean and hygienic, cost-effective, the service attitude is very good, and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend this hotel and it is worth ordering again!

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The room has no windows, no soundproofing at all, and the bathroom is so small that I can’t even stand in it.

The heating effect in the room is not good. There is a girl in black clothes at the front desk who has a very bad service attitude. It is a very unpleasant stay experience.

My child booked it for the college entrance examination in the second grade of the high school affiliated to the Nanjing Normal University. This one is quite close, but it is still very noisy. There is construction next to it. The room is too small, the windows are a little bigger, and it is very stuffy without air conditioning. It is not recommended to book for the college entrance examination. It is too Noisy

Very, very bad! When I first checked in, I discovered that the shower hose was leaking. The front desk said that there was no room to change the room. I had to wait for a long time to find someone to repair it. There were blood spots on the memory foam pillow. I couldn't change it that night and had to change it tomorrow. The next day I went out early in the morning and when I came back at 2 p.m., no one was cleaning. When I went out to get takeout, I met the housekeeper. She asked me when I was going out and she would clean it for me. I said around 3 o'clock, but I still hadn't left at 3 o'clock. I kept knocking on the door to ask for cleaning. I said it was inconvenient for me to go to the toilet. She was still shouting outside that you are the only room on this floor. If you let me in, I will put two bottles of water for you and then I will rest... This is really the first time I have encountered such a rubbish hotel. From facilities to services, they are all rubbish.

The environment is very very average! The person who cleaned was not serious and just made a fool of himself. The shower head connection seems to be broken and water keeps leaking out. The most frustrating thing is that the toilet was clogged at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and they asked someone to fix it, but they couldn't fix it after struggling for a long time. After working on it for almost an hour, I finally found out that the toilet was half-blocked and it was blamed on us for throwing paper in it (we just accidentally dropped a few pieces of paper)! The service attitude is very average! ! The soundproofing effect of the room was poor. I was woken up by people talking in the corridor at 5 o'clock in the morning. The room was huge and the overall experience was very poor! Won't come again next time! ! ! !
