The sunset and river views are absolutely top-notch, second to none – I always book a river-view room when I stay here. However, I have some questions regarding the service. If the hotel wishes to discuss further, please feel free to contact me directly.

The room design is excellent, and the space is very generous. The large windows offer an unblocked, breathtaking view. Both the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the shower and large bathtub are also very relaxing. The room key card design is fantastic and very refined. The hotel pool is arguably one of the best spots to watch the sunset, and the changing rooms are also top-notch. What I found most interesting was the spacious desk, with seating for two, perfect for dining – that's a huge plus! The hotel staff provided excellent service too. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. The only downside I have to mention is that the soundproofing isn't great. Perhaps it was just that the people next door were incredibly boisterous, as I could clearly hear their loud laughter and shouting late at night, which really disrupted my sleep. I'm not sure if it's because the rooms are connected, but I hope they can improve the sound insulation for an even more perfect stay.

The front desk and doormen were great. Too bad there's no robot service though, it was quite a hassle getting food deliveries and packages. I had to take the elevator down four times just to pick them up. The room layout was excellent, and the new facilities made for a very comfortable stay. There's no executive lounge, seems like it's not open yet.

The environment is fantastic, and the sunset river view is stunning. The room is comfortable; I didn't use the bathtub, so I can't comment, but the bed is decent, though the pillows are a bit soft. Breakfast is excellent, the setting is lovely, and the service is great. The rooftop pool is amazing. The best part, though, was unexpectedly running into my idol from a concert.

Our overall experience at Jumeirah Hotel was great. The room type I booked was very spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a small tent and a LEGO table. The view from the window was also excellent. The cleaning staff tidied up and replaced amenities daily according to our requests. The hotel's public areas are lovely as well; the pool is beautiful, and my daughter loved swimming there every day. The hotel is very conveniently located near the Poly Theatre and Nanjing Eye. The breakfast was also fantastic, and my family particularly enjoyed the self-serve freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. Overall, this hotel excels in every aspect, with attentive service. Employees Holly and Gloria were especially friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Facilities: The facilities are outdated, from the floor to the coffee table. The sink drains slowly, and there's no Type-C charging port by the bed, requiring an adapter. The countertop was cluttered with a brain-shaped object and a speaker, making it look messy. The suite reeked of cigarette smoke, and I was given this room with a baby – truly speechless, room 4802. There's no need to book a suite, I've tried it. The toiletries in the suite are sample-sized but lack a sealed tag. The Guerlain toiletries felt similar in quality to those in budget hotels. They weren't even as good as the regular brands in the neighboring river-view room – good thing I booked both rooms. The suite bed had a pillar, while the river-view room didn't. Cleanliness: Due to the outdated facilities, some areas just didn't look very clean. Environment: It's okay, but getting to IFS (International Finance Square) is inconvenient, and taking the subway is also inconvenient. Service: I found it to be very mediocre. Compared to Marriott, everything here falls short. For example, at Marriott, someone helps open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival/departure, but here, sometimes there's staff, sometimes there isn't. At the pool, the front desk didn't mention needing a swim cap, but once inside the pool area, they said it was required (forcing me to go back to my hotel room to get it). Also, you have to go down to pick up your own food delivery. One female server at breakfast was excellent and very enthusiastic; I heard her baby is 1 year and 4 months old, similar to my child. I booked for four nights and had to switch rooms midway. I repeatedly asked the hotel if there was any way to avoid the room change, but they were very rigid. Indeed, after seeing negative reviews on Xiaohongshu before, I now deeply understand the poor experience. I'll stick to Marriott properties in the future.

The service was great, and the room was perfect for photos. The pool was very convenient, and the staff even lent me a swim cap because I forgot mine. The only minor inconvenience was getting takeout, but overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel's architecture itself is beautiful and unique, and the rooms offer expansive views. I was given a complimentary late check-out, allowing me to enjoy a panoramic view of most of Jinling City. The butlers, Gloria and Holly, provided excellent service. I had a great stay and will definitely come back next time!

I've stayed at your hotel many times, and the breakfast is consistently delicious. However, this time was truly unpleasant. The bathrobes are sized (there are size letters on the inside of the collar). Every time before checking in, the hotel would contact me in advance to ask if I had any requests, and I would always ask for a larger bathrobe (because the one I got during my first stay was so small it couldn't even cover my stomach). This time, the hotel didn't contact me, so I proactively reached out to them to request a larger bathrobe. The staff refused, saying, "Our bathrobes are all uniformly custom-made and come in one standard size, not different sizes." I explained that I had stayed many times before and always requested a large size. She replied, "I wouldn't know." If you wouldn't know, then why would you instantly say they're all uniform in size? If you don't know, why wouldn't you say you'd go verify or ask someone? When I took a loofah to shower, I found its packaging was already torn open. I contacted the front desk, and they brought a new one. When I filled the bathtub, brownish-red liquid came out. It almost scared me to death on the night of Qingming Festival. By the time I went to get my phone to take a picture, the water's color had turned light brown. It took quite a while longer for it to become clear.

Huge thanks to the duty manager for their warm service, and to the concierge team for consistently helping us deliver items to our room every day. What touched me most was Ms. He Tingting from the restaurant. During the busy Qingming holiday, despite the restaurant being quite hectic, Ms. He was incredibly thoughtful and noticed we had a baby. She provided so many considerate services and was just radiating kindness. I'm leaving this review because Jumeirah has such wonderful staff. The room was great, aside from the fridge not working so well, and the view was also lovely. Everyone was very polite. The lady who cleaned our room was also incredibly friendly.

This was my first stay at your hotel, and for our anniversary, we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a fantastic view of the river and Hexi CBD. The room's amenities were excellent, including a Dyson hairdryer, comfortable bedding, and mini-sized toiletries. The mini-bar was complimentary and surprisingly came with two refrigerators! The service experience was also superb. From the moment we arrived and our luggage was handled, to a minor issue that arose, the hotel duty manager personally escorted us and actively resolved it. I truly felt at home with their service. I'll definitely be back!

My stay at Jumeirah was excellent! When there were issues with the room facilities, they responded and resolved them promptly. Murphy was very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. Their attitude was also great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Nanjing!

The room was nice and quite spacious. All the hotel facilities are very new. However, getting takeout was a bit inconvenient. There's no one to deliver it to your room, nor any robots. You have to take an elevator down yourself to pick it up. The pool is indeed beautiful, it's about 20 meters long, not 25. The gym is also good.

Absolutely amazing experience every time I visit here. Everything you’d need and more. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. They speak great English too. For me the highlight is the swimming pool and gym.
