The hotel is very good. We found one temporarily because we thought it would be closer to Nanhu, where our friends live. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is free. We were upgraded to a free room upon check-in, and there was no sound at all. I saw my uncle and aunt disinfecting and cleaning the house early in the morning. It was very clean. I will continue to patronize it when I go to Nanjing in the future. It is also close to where my friends live and close to Nanhu Lake. It’s very convenient to take a walk back after dinner. There are also Qijiawan pot stickers and Shuiximen duck nearby. I bought half a duck to take away before leaving. Compared to a hotel I went to before, which was extremely dirty, noisy, and not soundproofed, this hotel doesn't have this problem at all. There is also a shiny violent bear doll in the hall, and there is a Doraemon at the door. The decoration is very good, and my husband also praised it. I recommend everyone to stay here. The location is great, there are not many cars, and parking is not difficult.

The room is generally hygienic, with some stains on the sheets. The location is quite far from the subway station, which takes about 20 minutes to walk. I'm speechless for the breakfast at this hotel. I can't describe it. The service attitude is okay.

Ctrip's service has deteriorated. I ordered this accommodation and it said it had parking spaces. When I arrived, it said the parking spaces were limited and first come first served. If you don't have a parking space, don't say there are parking spaces in the page introduction. There are only 6 parking spaces in total. I think The person who asked for a parking space looked carefully, then went to the hotel and checked in for accommodation. He didn't upgrade my room type, but told me that he would upgrade me. There was no integrity at all. The air conditioning in the room he was given was not good. My parents were so hot in the middle of the night that they didn't even sleep. They were old and too embarrassed to call the waiter. They didn't tell me until they checked out in the morning. The front desk clerk was very slow to check in and his attitude was not particularly good. When he asked questions occasionally, he always had a straight face. The important thing is that I booked 2 rooms. In the room, I was given one breakfast. I went to have breakfast alone and asked the front desk if they could give me another breakfast. At least 2 people would have breakfast. The front desk directly replied: You can buy one 🤣🤣🤣. Finally, the carpet was dirty and there was no soap or towels. Also dirty , especially not recommended!

Generally speaking, people who don’t like reviews are really intolerable. I checked into a hotel at the end of June and was too anxious to issue a ticket when I left. It is really unheard of to turn around and give way to someone who is issuing a ticket, saying that it is the store's policy not to give way if someone crosses the month! I don’t know what brand can cultivate such an “excellent” store manager. In addition, the room is old and smells musty. The bed sheets and bath towels are not very white and look dirty. The air conditioner is noisy and the toothbrush is losing lint.

Facilities: The Ctrip page shows that the hotel has free parking, but there are actually very few parking spaces. After we arrived by car, the hotel staff informed us that there were no parking spaces and gave us the address of another parking lot. We parked our car in the place recommended by the hotel, with a total of 2 parking spaces. On that day, the parking fee was 68 yuan, and the hotel could only quote 40 yuan. So, let me ask you, how does this count as free parking? If you can't do that, please don't make false propaganda. Service: The hotel staff has a rather rude attitude. They told us that the hotel has limited parking spaces, which is a sign that we can't live in the hotel. The limited parking space is a problem that the hotel should improve, not a mistake that our guests should bear. Environment: We booked a deluxe room, and the hotel initially gave us a small, cramped room, which was completely inconsistent with the photos of deluxe rooms displayed by Ctrip. When we asked, they explained that the rooms were all the same, which was unbelievable. If they were all the same, why were they divided into so many room types? ? In the end, we were given a room on the same floor. There were stains on the sheets, so I really can't complain. And the soundproofing of the hotel is very poor. You can hear the people talking next door clearly. In short, it is a bad experience and I do not recommend staying here.

The cleanliness of the room is poor: towels are left in the sink and there is sticky stuff on the cups; there are problems with the facilities: the window screens cannot be opened, there is no parking space as promised, and there is only one breakfast (the porridge is made from overnight leftovers) ;The price is seriously exaggerated and not worth more than 700.

A very bad hotel. The price of the room I stayed in was 399. There was a big hole in the sheets. The toilets on the floor were very poor. The equipment was old and the tea cup looked like it was in the 1980s. It was totally unacceptable.

The service attitude of the store manager and front desk is very poor. If there is a problem with the hotel's own management, all responsibilities will be passed on to the consumers. They use the excuse that the employees have resigned and are new to shirk all responsibilities and fail to solve the problem in time. I hope you will choose carefully when you stay. I booked it through Ctrip. I didn’t pay attention at the time and the room I booked had no windows. The bad points are: 1. The windowless room can only turn on the air conditioner, which is very dry. Since the store does not provide a humidifier; 2. There is only one shower gel and shampoo in the double room; 3. The room phone does not provide a live broadcast station. Or the number of the floor service desk, the room did not provide any number to contact the front desk! At a price of more than 280, I feel it’s not worth it.
