I came to Nanjing, the capital of ten dynasties, for a weekend trip. Carlotta contacted me in advance before check-in, informed me of the hotel's location and arranged the room. The check-in was very smooth, and fruits and steam eye masks were sent to help me fall asleep. The room is also relatively large and clean. There is a sky garden on the eleventh floor, and it is convenient to travel nearby. By the way, Nanjing is the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties, a city with a long history and culture. The room should not be equipped with Japanese supplies. Some of them are not suitable in Nanjing. Pay attention to the details.

It was a very bad trip for me. I had a good impression of Nanjing, but the feeling of staying in the hotel was very unfriendly. Let's talk about the room first. We booked it after seeing the size of the room. However, when we arrived, we found that the room indicated to be 42 square meters was only 30 square meters, very small, the same size as the chain hotel I stayed in before... Then we went into the room to drink some water. When we saw a small refrigerator and were about to open it to drink, we found a super small menu with the price written on it. Isn't it... If there is a charge, shouldn't there be a label or a very obvious place? In the morning, breakfast was told to start at 7 o'clock. We stood at the door at 7:05 and no one responded. We went in and asked on our own initiative because we were in a hurry to go to the scenic spot. The service staff had a very bad attitude and directly told me to tell me the room number, then you can come in directly. There is no normal operation process of the hotel at all. It feels like a stranger can eat with a random room number, and there are very few breakfast dishes in the hotel. At noon, I ordered takeout and called to ask if it could be delivered. The front desk told us that the supervisor went to a meeting, and there was only one person! This is the most basic service demand, right? Can't it satisfy the guests? Is the hotel operated like this? Also, we checked out at 2pm, and I wanted to extend the time. The front desk told me that I could extend it for half a day. I asked if half a day was 12 hours? Or 6 hours? He told me that it was not 6pm? ? ? ? ? I originally checked out at 2pm, and I was asked to pay for half a day? Okay, I endured it and went downstairs to get takeout. When I went upstairs, the room card could not open the door. I was really speechless at the time. What's the operation process of the front desk? Is the staff a new employee? I was only told to charge money for the extra time, and they didn't ask me to reread the room card in the afternoon? Isn't this a basic service? Why did they remember to collect the money but not to re-extend my time? Such a big hotel gives me the feeling that it is just for show, and nothing is professional. It is really the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Bad review!

The ancients once said that the auspicious snow ends the last days of the year, and the gentle breeze heralds the early spring. The mountains and rivers are thousands of miles long, and they hide deep meanings. Nanjing is such a city, introverted and unpretentious. It rained in spring on the night I checked into Xinjingli. The air was fresh and refined after the rain. Xiaoxia made this trip more interesting. Before checking in, they called to inform us that the room had been arranged, and they also gave us a happy hour, and sent us to the elevator. The children were very happy. I will choose it again if I have the chance next time.

The hotel is 3 stops away from Nanjing South Railway Station. It takes only a short walk to get there. It is very convenient to travel. The environment is very nice and clean. I stayed in a family room for 3 people. The toiletries used were Guerlain and the hair dryer was Dyson. The mini bar was not free and the toilet was not smart. The breakfast was good. The salted duck and vermicelli soup tasted good.

Although I had seen the pictures online beforehand, I was still surprised by the classical beauty of the hotel when I actually arrived at the hotel. The whole hotel has been soothing and gentle classical piano music, including the welcome music when turning on the TV in the guest room, which is also a piano music that fits the atmosphere. The atmosphere is particularly good. The room was upgraded by the front desk, and it was equipped with a Dyson curling iron! For this, I can just play with the curling iron in the hotel without going anywhere, haha~ I was also given a happy hour experience voucher. The small garden on the top floor is very beautiful. It is really pleasant to watch the oil paintings and drink a cup of wine with candlelight at night. The dessert craftsmanship is great! The duck blood vermicelli soup wontons and osmanthus cakes for breakfast are also delicious! This is a hotel I will stay in next time I come to Nanjing! It is worth mentioning that the shared toilet on the second floor is also cleaned meticulously, and every staff member is enthusiastic and polite, which makes me feel warm when I am on a business trip alone~ The only small suggestion is that the TV has a USB playback and storage function, and it is recommended that the hotel regularly clean up the content downloaded by previous guests.

The location is OK, close to popular attractions and Nanjing South Railway Station, very convenient. There are restaurants and shops downstairs, the room facilities are quite satisfactory, the hygiene is well maintained, and the environment is very quiet.

The hotel has a European style. Carlota will contact you in advance to inform you of the location before you check in. There are also free laundry, authentic oil painting appreciation, and free palace dress change. I will choose it again if I have the chance in the future.

The artistic lobby enhances the hotel's style and is pleasing to the eye. The catering is particularly good, with a quiet dining environment and a wide variety of delicious food. "Happy hour" is very fun, and enjoying cocktails and snacks while admiring famous paintings is a rare experience. Will stay here again if I have the chance.
