Nanjing Jinling Hotel- City Center

This established star-rated hotel didn't disappoint. The location goes without saying. The room layout was excellent, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and toilet. The walk-in closet, luggage storage, and main bedroom were completely separated, showing incredible thoughtfulness. The front desk staff personally carried our luggage to the guest elevator lobby and explained the hotel's facilities on each floor. And the breakfast was simply irresistible. I'll definitely be back.

On a short trip to Nanjing after returning from Kuala Lumpur, I focused on Xinjiekou based on online reviews, and Jinling Hotel consistently ranked high. After checking in, I was very satisfied with the service, location, and dining. I highly recommend choosing the Asia Pacific Tower for its superior amenities; the Dyson hairdryer was a definite plus. Located in the heart of the business district, it's very close to Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple) and the Presidential Palace, with plenty of local snacks like soup dumplings and duck blood vermicelli soup nearby. It's an old-established hotel even local drivers recommend, making it the top choice for a short getaway.

The room was very clean and tidy, and it was super convenient to get around with a subway station right downstairs. I always stay here when I come to Nanjing. This time, I had to check out early due to a typhoon, and the hotel proactively refunded my room fee, which was really thoughtful service.

Great location and excellent staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, which made traveling with my parents and kids a breeze. My parents were very happy with their stay. The rooms were clean and bright, and I personally thought the breakfast was delicious. The transportation is super convenient, with a subway station right outside and Deji Plaza directly across the street, perfect for shopping.

This hotel is right in the heart of the Xinjiekou business district, with the subway exit literally right outside – super convenient for getting to all the attractions. Nanjing traffic can be pretty bad, so the subway is definitely the best way to get around. The hotel itself has a long history, and while the room facilities are a bit dated, the service is top-notch. My only complaints are that the Wi-Fi signal and stability could use some improvement. On the bright side, the breakfast spread is really extensive, and those big meat buns are absolutely delicious! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing.

The hotel service is truly excellent, it's no wonder it's considered the 'white moonlight' (a beloved classic) in the hearts of Nanjing locals. As for the location, it's absolutely prime – the very center of Xinjiekou! The subway is right downstairs, and there are major shopping malls all around. It's incredibly convenient for visiting attractions and exploring nearby dining and shopping. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing!

Jinling Hotel is my top choice when visiting Nanjing, and it certainly lived up to expectations! The location is right in the heart of Xinjiekou, with the subway just outside, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I especially want to commend the service; everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties was exceptionally friendly and warm, and very responsive. The Jinling pork buns and duck blood vermicelli soup were absolutely delicious! I even received a small gift upon check-out, and the lunch buffet I had before leaving was fantastic too! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing. Highly recommended!

Having stayed in the new building before on a previous trip to Nanjing, I specifically chose the old Jinling Tower this time to try it out. Honestly, the room isn't huge, but the value for money is truly excellent. It had everything you'd expect – welcome fruit and a well-stocked mini-bar, nothing was overlooked. The service was the same familiar, comforting standard. Every staff member I encountered was polite and smiling, which was very pleasant. The location is incredibly convenient. Subway Lines 1 and 2 are right downstairs, and Exit 6 leads directly to the hotel. If you want to visit Deji Plaza, just take the underground passage from Exit 7 – it's a short walk and you won't be exposed to the elements.
