The hotel upgraded us for free, which was a nice surprise. Our butler, Alice, was incredibly attentive and responsible. Anything we needed was promptly delivered, and she was always quick to answer our questions. The breakfast quality and variety could be improved, but the room itself was very spacious with a good view. The only downside was that the glass curtain wall had quite a few stains, which somewhat obstructed the view.
