Central Hotel

Our family of three (with a child over 18) booked two of the cheapest 1.5m queen rooms. Even during a holiday, the price including breakfast was cheaper than nearby chain hotels. The rooms were also a bit larger, and being a five-star hotel, the soundproofing and breakfast were definitely better. Unexpectedly, because there weren't two adjoining rooms, the young man at the front desk directly upgraded us to one deluxe queen room and one executive suite! The air conditioning in both rooms worked exceptionally well, and they were very clean. The staff were also enthusiastic. Although the hotel is older, it's still well-maintained. Breakfast was varied and the dining environment was unique. A few small suggestions: The bathroom had no phone holder (or any shelf at all); there was only one power outlet on one side of the bed; and for a suite with so many rooms, there was no large sofa or chaise lounge, only single armchairs, which wasn't ideal for lounging 😂. Also, a weighing scale was missing.

The hotel's location is excellent, it's clean and hygienic, and the service is on point. The room facilities are complete and smart, the bedding is skin-friendly, the mattress has comfortable rebound, and the bath towels are thick and soft, making them very comfortable for drying your face. Not only are the amenities well-stocked, but the facilities are also generally new and very clean. The price is reasonable; it definitely deserves a good review.

The location is very central, making shopping and sightseeing super convenient. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the service was top-notch – everyone was so friendly and always smiling. They even gave us a gift when we checked out. It was a delightful trip to Nanjing!

The room layout is well-designed, and the facilities are quite new, making for a comfortable stay! The hotel is centrally located, directly opposite Deji Plaza, and close to popular attractions, making it very convenient for getting around.

Overall, a great stay 🏨! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Booked a standard room for my trip to Nanjing. Huge thanks to Manager Jiang at the front desk for the free upgrade to an executive room the next day. It made a big difference for my family, much more spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Deji Plaza. It's the closest five-star hotel to Deji, and the service is top-notch. Definitely worth experiencing.

The soundproofing is really poor; I could hear conversations from the next room. The air conditioning was very noisy, buzzing and speeding up every 10 minutes throughout the night. The door lock inexplicably fell apart, with three screws just popping out. The staff came to fix it very quickly (they seemed quite used to it), and managed to repair it without replacing any parts. Does that really make sense?! Shouldn't parts have been replaced? Overall, the service attitude was fine, but the facilities are truly awful and unsafe!

Excellent! The hotel is very clean. The staff, from the front desk to room service and even those serving meals, all have a fantastic attitude and are proactive in their service.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. My child loved the Octonauts theme. For breakfast, they even gave us Yuhuashi Tangyuan because we had a child, and the duck blood vermicelli soup was also delicious.
