Jinling Mandarin Garden Hotel Nanjing

Right next to the Confucius Temple and close to other attractions, so the location was great. We had a really good experience and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good, and the kids loved it.

We brought our child to Nanjing and the hotel's location was perfect! It's really close to Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple), the subway station, and the Qinhuai River boat tours. Getting a taxi from the hotel was also very convenient.

This is an old-school five-star hotel with an excellent location and even better service. They knew we were traveling with a child and upgraded us for free to a twin room with 1.5-meter beds.

Clean and hygienic, great location, warm service, and a rich breakfast. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a trip. It didn't affect my rest at all, even though it's in a scenic area. This is my second time staying here, and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's exterior was under renovation during my stay, so unfortunately, I didn't get to see its grandeur. However, the service was exceptionally warm, attentive, and thoughtful! My child arrived earlier than expected, and the staff efficiently handled their check-in. On our departure day, with a significant amount of time before our high-speed train, the hotel graciously extended our check-out time. They even thoughtfully provided reminders about the peak travel period during the long holiday. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. Though these might have been minor inquiries, the staff treated each one with great importance! I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay!

Great location! The facilities are a bit old, which is understandable, but the cleanliness was really poor. It looked like the 6th floor and above were renovated. For a 520 price tag, I guess you're paying for the nostalgia.

The room layout and size are typical of the 90s. The service is warm and professional, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get to various attractions. The downside is that Trip.com didn't show that the hotel's exterior was undergoing renovation during the May Day holiday. The entire facade was covered with scaffolding and safety netting, which detracted from the overall stay experience.

Right next to Confucius Temple, it's the top choice for exploring Laomendong and Confucius Temple at night. I originally booked a standard room, but they upgraded me to a Zhuangyuan (scholar) room upon check-in. The hotel's long-term stable operation is clearly thanks to the dedicated management team, with everyone from the doorman to the lobby manager being attentive and responsible.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Beautiful surroundings. Service: Excellent service! The breakfast was great, and the location is super convenient – right outside Fuzimiao Qinhuai River. Very satisfied with my stay.
