Vienna International Hotel (Nanjing South Railway Station Center) Reviews

About two months ago, I stayed at the Vienna International Hotel. I'm really glad that the hotel receptionists at the front desk gave me a lot of information about visiting certain attractions and museums. An important thing that needs to be mentioned is that the room was quite small. Despite this minor shortcoming, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Nanjing!

the room was great..easy access to subway station and about 10mins drive to the nanjing south railway station. It has good breakfast too

My experience at the hotel was great. Very quiet and peaceful, good service, free car parking, comfortable and soft bed. I recommend you try it out.

The location is not that bad. About 10 minutes drive to Nanjing south. It’s a good hotel if you are looking for a place not so far from the railway station that you can spend the night.

great location for those interested in a serene environment. like most Vienna brands, it’s clean and the receptionists acted friendlily, promptly, whenever I needed anything, especially when I decided to change room to a more spacious one. the only downside was that most shops around were literary shut for the CNY. we had to order for for food deliveries from pretty afar.

Hotel is good. But some front office staff not helpful. I request to book taxi for me..they are not ready for that and advice go outside and catch taxi.. normally not a busy area so taxi availablelity is very poor. I wait 40 minutes in the road...it was rainy day also But if hotel book taxi for me it was so helpful. Nobody knows English here. But thay can use transition app..and try to help me They don't do that.

Overall just a normal Vienna hotel, nothing special but not bad either.

His attitude was so good that people couldn't be angry. He was quick and quick to arrange a change of room and also helped to move the luggage. The whole process was orderly, and he kept asking about my needs and soothing my emotions. He often followed up on the subsequent room change to ensure that I was comfortable. In addition to Li Ziang, the service of other hotel staff was also very good. From the warm reception at the front desk to the attentive service in the restaurant, you can feel their intentions. I am in the hotel industry myself. Although the hotel facilities cannot be compensated, service is the soul of a hotel. I hope this hotel will do better and better.
