Golden Eagle International Hotel

The floor-to-ceiling windows on the 48th floor frame the entire twilight of Jinling, watching the sunset gild the city and the lights illuminate below. Tonight, I'm among the clouds, dreaming of the Six Dynasties. The Republic of China-style decor is very distinctive, and the breakfast is excellent 👍. The only downsides are that the parking lot is a bit chaotic, located on the fourth underground level, and the surrounding area seems a bit messy, possibly because it's an old district. Also, there was no razor in the room.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location in a bustling downtown area, right next to a subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even offered recommendations for Nanjing's local cuisine and tourist routes. Our room was on a high floor, spotlessly clean, and very spacious with an amazing view. The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and satisfying. We were very pleased with our stay!

The service was excellent; they even arranged an early check-in for us after we contacted them about arriving ahead of schedule. The surrounding area has plenty of amenities, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The room was exceptionally clean, making for a very comfortable trip!

After the concert, I decided to stay an extra day in Nanjing and chose a hotel I'd stayed at a few years ago. The service is still excellent, the room is very comfortable, and it feels very safe. The views are also great, and you can just take the elevator down to the B1 floor of the mall right outside, which is super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanjing.

We chose the Golden Eagle Hotel because it's conveniently located near the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where we were taking our child. We arrived past 9 PM, and the lovely lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She patiently answered all of my child's silly questions and even upgraded our room. The communication between the front desk and housekeeping was also excellent; when I requested extra slippers and children's toiletries at check-in, everything was already in the room when we arrived. The hotel's location is fantastic, the room had an open view and was spacious, and we even got free parking at the Golden Eagle car park. For the price, the value for money is exceptional. We'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The hotel even provided complimentary mini-bar drinks, and the breakfast was quite good. The hotel is conveniently located in Xinjiekou, very close to Deji Plaza, and the nearby JLC mall offers a variety of great food options like Fang Nanshanli and Chaojie. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The hotel location is pretty good, with plenty of food options downstairs. The subway station is a bit of a walk. As a five-star hotel, I was disappointed that the lobby staff didn't help with luggage; they only assisted those with commercial vehicles. I've never encountered this in other cities. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, but there were some yellow stains remaining on the bathtub, which I forgot to take a picture of.

The room layout was perfect for me; the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view and kept the room bright during the day without needing artificial lights. Every corner was spotless, and amenities were promptly replenished. Check-in at the front desk was efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the location is convenient for getting around, being close to Metro Lines 1 and 2. There are also many local eateries nearby. I even chose this hotel for my trip last year.

Stayed in the family room for two consecutive weeks. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful. It's located in the same building as Golden Eagle International Shopping Center, making it a one-stop shop for parking, subway access, dining, and shopping. With good weather, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of Nanjing city. The soft drinks in the minibar were a nice touch. This hotel is incredibly good value for money in the Xinjiekou area!
