However, there was only one room type available and your check-in happened to be on a Saturday, so the exquisite business rooms you booked were sold out. After a problem occurred with the card slot in the room, we changed you to the elegant business room in order not to affect your rest. However, we still failed to satisfy you and we feel deeply guilty. The hotel attaches great importance to this incident. Response from Property: Dear guest, hello, because you booked the wrong date and requested to cancel the reservation the next day, but the hotel refused, you then booked on the Ctrip platform. The hotel was afraid you would do this, so they carefully checked the room before you and your friend checked in. Your friend's reservation for two rooms for two days did not include breakfast, and the hotel provided free breakfast. They also gave a welcome fruit plate upon check-in and made a follow-up call to inform them that there were no issues. Since you booked the wrong date, you cannot put all the blame on the hotel. The hotel tried to contact you when you didn't show up, but you didn't answer and kept the reservation for the entire night. We hope you understand.
