The manager was really enthusiastic and gave me a free room upgrade. The location is super convenient, very close to the South Station. The hotel itself is quiet and the environment is lovely. There's also a small gym and a laundry room with a dryer, which is great.

The manager was very welcoming and the service was excellent. It's very convenient for getting around, and the hotel environment is really nice with a big osmanthus tree outside and a small fish pond with koi. The setting is lovely, and it's also very close to the South Station. Great place!

Had a fantastic stay, the manager gave us a free upgrade to a 1.8m king-size bed, which was super nice! It's very convenient for sightseeing, taxis drop you right at the hotel entrance. Staying here while traveling in Nanjing felt very reassuring and comfortable. I really trust Jinjiang for its cleanliness, tidiness, and excellent service.

The location is very nice particularly for those taking the highspeed railway of the Nanjing South railway station. It is only about 10 minutes of Didi from the hotel to the station generally without a traffic jam. It is also close to various tourist spots. The room is decent except for the relatively weak air conditioner. However, a do not disturb / do not clean up card should be provided.

Though hotel is not near to amenities but its very zen. Quiet n very nice to have a few lay back days. We are very glad for the help from the counter service personnel cos very language in Mandarin is very limited. Room is spacious n clean. Very glad I chose them. :)

Friendly and good hospitality. Got kind welcome messages in Japanese surprisingly after checking in. (I’m Japanese.) I was a little nervous due to the sad history between Nanjing and Japan but the people just welcomed me and my family warmly. The sports area in the hotel was good for kids. Thank you for all services! We will come back to Nanjing again.
