The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful, and it's close to the high-speed rail station. Pretty good overall!

Booked this place for a business trip to Nanjing and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, with a large bay window offering excellent natural light. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the shredded radish pancake was absolutely delicious! The lounge on the first floor was also very convenient for business meetings. My foreign colleague traveling with me also spoke highly of it. If I return to Nanjing, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

I stayed for three nights during the Chinese New Year. It was over 10 degrees Celsius outside, but a stifling 26 degrees inside both rooms. The air conditioning was completely unadjustable. My lips cracked and my skin peeled from the dryness. On the third and fourth day of the New Year, the rolling shutter door leading from the hotel to Heydingqiao Metro Station was closed, which negated its convenient location. Nanjing's subway stations rarely have escalators going down, so with luggage, I had to cross the main road to find a vertical elevator.

Kudos to the cleaning staff on the 15th floor during Chinese New Year. The front desk, which is supposed to be the hotel's face, was a letdown. We checked in at the left counter using Hong Kong IDs, and after we were done, they asked if we needed help with our luggage. We had elderly and children with us, but there wasn't a single word of greeting. Breakfast was up to four-star standards; not a huge variety, but good quality. The lounge on the 5th floor was very average. They had red and white wine, but you had to ask the staff for beer.

Conveniently located near a subway station. The breakfast buffet is extensive and features Nanjing specialties. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and clean. The surrounding area is quiet.

This hotel in Xindu is pretty good! The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept really well – no noise at all. The butler service was warm and attentive; they introduced the hotel facilities and genuinely cared about my stay experience. It was great!

I booked a suite for 2 nights at the Courtyard by Marriott the night before I came from Xi'an because I wanted to visit Niushoushan, Jinling Xiaocheng, and other tourist spots nearby. The location of the Courtyard is actually not bad; it's right beside the Hedingqiao metro station, and many food booths and convenience stores are just downstairs. You can buy takeaway at any time. The reception staff is nice and helpful and can speak very good English, no doubt. The worst was the concierge. One of the concierge staff has been playing on his cellphone every single moment. I took Didi or the metro at least 4 or 5 times every day. Every time I pass through the entrance, he is playing on his phone. The most frustrating part was when I ordered takeaway through the app. The delivery man said he placed it on the concierge cart right next to that guy, but someone took my package, and he didn't notice. YEAH, How could he possibly know if he was preoccupied with his phone ?!

The room had cockroaches.

I've stayed here several times, and it's always been an excellent experience. The ambiance, breakfast, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. My only suggestion is that providing complimentary welcome fruit for guests would add an even warmer and more thoughtful touch.
